Beautiful location but accommodation needs more attention. Please give your cleaners more time to get the job done. Unfortunately when we arrived it was minutes before the reception closed at 6pm so we had just enough time to get the key and make our way to the room. As there weren't any car parks available my husband had to leave myself, 12yr old, 3yr old and 1yr old (with bags) at the reception door and try to find a park. I had questioned the staff via phone severals days prior to arriving and was told that there would be plenty of parks available on arrival and there was no need to book one. Once we got to our room we realised the port-a-cot (which wasn't put together) had no blankets just 2 queen sized sheets, there were only 4 towels for 5 people, the ensuite door didn't close, the dishwasher was mouldy, the closet had what looked like excrement in it, the door to the rooftop wouldn't lock, the 1 and only lamp beside the king sized bed had no bulb (even though it was plugged in and turned on) and the bed itself had a very significant drop and was very uncomfortable.

I spoke with a staff member the next day regarding these issues and was all but dismissed. Nothing was written down to rectify. I was given 2 more towels and another queen sheet for the port-a-cot and advised they don't have blankets.

What a shame for such a beautiful location and apartment. Just needs more love and attention.

Was the perfect place to stay. Location is great for the beach and plenty of good food within walking distance. Our room was really nice and were upgraded to a penthouse. The apartment could of used a bit of maintenance and I'm a professional window cleaner which had me noticing the average window and general cleaning. A little more time cleaning would make a big difference. It wasn't unhygienic just not immaculate. There painter probably should slow down a bit as well. Lol. Still a lovely place to stay.

The apartment was beautiful. We loved that it was two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Beds were so comfy and Lisa (manager) was so kind.
The only complaint really is that they only gave two teabags and I love my Tea.. The restaurant and cafes were within walking distance and I’d like to put a big shout out to sloppy Joe’s cafe which have amazing coffee. Just a perfect little getaway by the brilliant ocean views.

The room was large & had great amenities- however the oven & cookware were absolutely filthy. Also, no wifi was available when we stayed with absolutely no apologies from reception staff or offer of any kind of solution. The furniture on the balcony was worn & in tatters. The reception girl was exceptionally rude and unapologetic with zero people skills. For the amount you pay to stay here, it hardly seems worth it.

In my 25 years of travelling and staying at hotels for work consistently, this was the worst hotel I stayed at based against its rating of a 4.5 star.
We are actually in the process of reporting this hotel as we discovered with our room and many others, they are unfit for letting.
Our room was part serviced, with no vacuuming or surface cleaning done. The balconies had cigarette butts throughout, pubic hair in the baths and showers, and benches and shower screens dirty. The carpets were stained throughout with alcohol stains.
We checked in after 5 pm and cleaners had left for the day...so nothing could be done to fix. The very young receptionist made no apology and had no real customer service skills. Management works in Melbourne and they could not be contacted until lunch the next day when we threatened by refusal to leave until management had at least called. When they did, "Jono" the manager said that because he wasn't there he couldn't verify how dirty the place was and would follow up once photographs could be taken after we left which he never bothered to do...plenty of excuses and no apologies.

Staff told us that they had to force management to close certain rooms as there was too many complaints even though they tried to keep letting them out.

While not nearly as bad as the state of cleanliness, other issues like they couldn't split a double bed even though we had asked for our kids when booking because they only had "two single spare beds" in complex and there wasn't many car spaces for guests so cars were required to park at the beach over hwy. The water tap was broken as well as furniture, and the phone didn't work in the room...
The experience was almost surreal it was so bad...luckily we weren't staying there long so I pity anyone who does! Just terrible...

The room I stayed in was not well maintained. The walls were showing paint flakes and wall damage that was done a long time ago. I also had a serious problem checking in. My electronic key would not allow me access to my room and it took 45 minute to sort out the issue with the unmaintained software that activates the electronic keys. Management had to set back the date several days to get the key to work. Also - you can only checkin between 3 and 6pm, which may not be convenient.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Not even worth one star. Party central every Friday and Saturday night with teenagers running up and down the hallways. You will not get any sleep, every room needs maintenance and is falling apart. Pool and spa have been out of order for months and will not be fixed anytime soon, the management is run by idiots who do not care for their tenants or holiday patrons.

Only stayed the one night for a wedding so wasn't really the in room. I wouldn't return for a longer stay room is in need of some repairs. Beds very hard uncomfortable. Would book parking as there is very limited parking off the street if your lucky to get a spot near bye.
