Rudest customer service I have ever received! She kicked out multiple people for talking! Will never come back. The views are nice but the stress of the owners arnt worth it . Got angry at my brother for going to the toilet. Yelled at him and and told him to get of the property. Spam called multiple times due to going to the public toilet at 9:30 pm. Ridiculous.

The actual campsite is beautiful right in front of the beach.. the toilets are clean and the campground are level.
the most disappointing about it was the rude receptionist, her customer service is none existing and has major attitude issue with a power trip to top it off.
if I can give minus 10 for her lack of service and rudeness I would.
she almost ruined our experience.
it is expensive for a no powered site. we paid $120 for 2 nights only 2 people.

Fantastic spot, but boy is the campsite a joke.
I've been on a two week camping trip this time round and I am disgusted with this spot.

$50 for a night, not in walking distance to anything.
Not allowed a camp fire.
Rude grounds keeper that treated us like children and had a go at us for having two cars on the lot even tho it doesn't state that we can't.

Public amenities that are completely disgusting.
Private amenities that are lackluster, two showers.
Timed, which isn't a big drama.
Except for when they turn off there's a minute delay before it'll turn back on again, 15c I'm wet just standing there waiting for hot water....
Not to mention the floor is covered in sand and nowhere to store anything without it getting wet.

Good views, quiet spot.

It might be a beautiful spot but it was such a difficult process to book. You can't ring them, you can't book online, you have to email them. It takes them a couple of days to get back to you and everytime they require additional information it again takes them a couple of days to get back to you. After 5 days I made other arrangements as I had a family gathering and needed to secure a camp site. It shouldn't be this hard to book a site or get back to people in a timely manner.

Probably one of the worst experiences of a campsite I’ve ever endured.

Easy to get to and check in

The toilets hadn’t been cleaned in a few days and the showers were Baltic. Plus no dogs allowed

Good view to wake up to.

However it was so bad we got out of there early doors.

This campsite needs to change owners

Lovely little campsite directly at the beach. Lot of visitors as it‘s directly in front of the parking. The amenities were very clean!
We unfortunately never received the code to the amenities, the only reason why we‘re only giving 4 stars.

Unfortunately, my experience at this camping site was very disappointing. The location itself might have some potential, but the behavior of the staff completely ruined our stay. We booked for two night but we left soon and stayed just for one night because our bad experience and their bad behavior. One of the staff members was extremely rude and unprofessional, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service is a crucial part of any hospitality business, and sadly, this place failed badly in that area. I would not recommend it to others and will not be returning.

Great spot near beach. Close to RSL and other shops. Survived 155mm and 50kmh winds no flooding.
