Excellent service - our daughter needed to attend a sports championship in Newcastle the day after attending a family wedding in Jindabyne. Bal arrived exactly on time, early AM, with a luxury vehicle, and she arrived in Newcastle refreshed and ready for the match. The flexibility and professionalism was second to none ….. most importantly, the team won their match!

Accidentally booked two cars to the same location for one person to travel 12 minutes as a surprise for my partner. Didn’t realise and got charged twice. When I called the next day to ask why I was charged $105 and $115, that was when I was told about the accidental double booking. Instead of offering a refund for the trip that was never use or meant to be booked I was told bad luck camp your fault! Rubbish customer service no offer or refund or credit. They would have known it was an accident why on earth would anyone book two cars for one person to travel to the same location. Steer clear!
