Disgraceful management. Emailed (even called to confirm email address) numerous times about an enquiry for 5 months ahead of time. Called numerous times once no email response after 2 weeks. Was told “try again on Monday cause MAYBE someone can help”. Called Monday was told they have no one covering the Gungaderra bookings and that I probably didn’t email the correct address. Called today, after waiting another week and was told they have no emails from me. Date was booked and my daughter’s first birthday now has to be somewhere else due to severe lack of communication, a lack of management and rude staff.
They have now lost business from myself and everyone I previously recommended the location to.

A great community resource. I've attended a couple of creative workshops here through Belconnen Arts Centre and enjoyed the space with excellent facilities. Plan your parking though, spots can fill up fast for larger groups.

Good community space, nicely renovated. The new home for the Canberra Environment Centre and the ReCyclery.
