I highly recommend Sarina. I have booked a few trips with her. I love that I can go in and not really knowing what I want to do and have her help me book the whole trip. I booked a last minute flight with Nadia, at flight centre Carnes hill, and hands down she was the best!!! My kids and I went away for a month and had to book several flights, accommodation and transfers and apart from the flight we missed, from Istanbul to Rome (our fault) everything was perfect!! Even when we missed out flights I emailed Nadia, who was off on leave, got back to me within a few mins of me sending her and email, and guided me through what I had to do. Thank you Nadia!!!

I highly recommend Flight Centre in Carnes Hill with Sarina being the best worker. I had to book my trip with my 8 children and one of the daughter’s partner to Apia she helped with everything and confirmation was sent to me however i needed to chg 2 passengers to travel on a different date due to other commitments and then on top of that my youngest daughter 9yo got sick 2 days before we were due to travel and once again Sarina went above and beyond to chg her flight so that she could go with her older sister and partner the week after.
I would like to express my gratitude to Sarina for her patience and professionalism showed while dealing with my many hiccups for a big family great work and keep it up i say she deserves a pay rise!
