Had an issue with a 6 month old puffer jacket where the seam had come apart. Went into the store expecting to need to pay for repairs since a previous store I'd gone to said it wasn't covered by warranty since it was a tear, when it clearly wasn't and was obviously the seam coming apart. Staff at this store managed to find my receipt from when I bought the jacket in Sydney with only a bank statement, and swapped out the jacket there and then! Highly recommend going to this Macpac store even if it's a bit of a trek to get there!
