Great place with many car parks. Great instructor to explain for safety before do the actions at Tree top. Staff are patience and keep eye on us due safety.

The booking was easy, the staff were amazing I called up spoke with a staff member forgot her name (sorry hopeless with names) but she was absolutely lovely she has red hair and was on shift for fathers day, we were running late due to unfortunate situation with my car and when we arrived her and her co-worker both made us feel at ease no rush, no stress just calmed us down and told us it's ok they will take care of the rest.
Anyways my kids father all loved the zip lining they had an absolutely amazing time spending it with their dad, then our youngest had a ball conquering some of her fears of being high up and some obstacles, after her dads zip lining he came and watched her be amazing on the juniours tree top climbs.
Thanks so much to Raven who I remember because my baby girl remembers haha for making her feel at ease and running through the rules with her.
Thanks again guys we definitely will be recommending use and coming back.

Friendly team of staff, willing to help and gave pointers on how to tackle the course. Great for the family to enjoy and be closer to nature. Spend as much time as you like. Plenty of parking. Best to check the weather before you go.

Such a fun day out! All the staff were super lovely, especially Ree, Thomas and Euan. Ree & Euan did the zipcoaster for us & they were both so friendly, chatty and funny. Thomas let us stay a bit longer to finish the course as we had to push our session back which was so thoughtful. The entire vibe there was great and I’d totally recommend this place for a fun day out with friends and family! ✨

My son had so much fun here. At first I was a bit hesitant because it was out of our comfort zone ? But, staff were welcoming and supportive. I would definitely visit again

Zipcoaster was good fun very fast small group bit of a wait but not too long. Safety checks all equipment was clean. Very friendly staff. Pity there’s not more than one zip coaster 3 rides in 1 hour. Targeted towards kids but lots of fun for adults too.

We had a wonderful day at the Tree Top Western Sydney today. The team was very friendly and very helpful. Being first time climbers, we got through the blue, green and red courses, will definitely come back for the black courses. We finished our day with the most exciting experience-The Zipline Coaster. It's amazing and beyond our expectations. It is a must try experience at Tree Top. Thank you so much team for a wonderful day.
