Recently attended the Gopio Gold Coast Gala Dinner at the beautiful Sea World Nara Resort and was truly amazed by the level of service and food. It’s such a beautiful Venue and having hosted our personal events at this venue and working with the very professional staff I highly recommend it to everyone!!

The actual conference rooms were great, good size and great acoustics but the real bonus was the food throughout the day and the end of day entertainment and dinner. It was a great event.

Good facilities for kids to play, lovely, kind and hard working staff, but definitely bad management. They are clearly not capable to handle full capacity, but they did it anyway. No place to park your car. Line up ages for breakfast... One tip, wake up early

Great for events and perfect views. Just checked on the website though and it says it’s open till 12 am tonight. Pretty sure there needs to be some changes because usually it was shut before nine every night that I have seen. Happy for any feedback if this is the case

It was HOT! Like sweaty hot, it was not extreme weather but the aircon was not keeping up.
The space was good and configurable.
Staff were friendly.
Dietary requirements were well received and catered for.
The accommodation package offered with Conference is not value for money

Top recommendation for this awesome resort with great service, nice and very helpful staffs. Super comfy room and clean. My kids was so happy soon we walked into the room although it was quite late for them when we arrived. Last minutes booking with complementary no hassle room upgrade , great experience at the sea world is such a great way to finish off our holiday in GoldCoast:). Keep up your good work!
