Absolutely Horrid place! perfect if you want to go there for schoolies and want to not worry about getting your bond back hahaha. it is extremely dated, walls are marked up everywhere, air con was very crappy, lie in there photos about what furniture is actually in the room, extremely rude management with intrusive husband of the manager aswell. They were very Rude and would ignore our calls, manager actually hung up on my mum while we were complaining, had 3 balconies in the room and not one of them had a chair or table, tv was from 2005, beds were very uncomfortable, pool doesn’t have a spa area only this tiny pointless kiddy pool, to be honest with you the only good thing about the accommodation was the view and that’s it! horrible parking system but most of all, very rude management & the owner of the unit we stayed in wouldn’t reply to our simple messages

Excellent location.|Apartment was beautiful ,clean and spacious.|Beds comfy .|Fantastic views!!|Everything we needed and more to ensure we had the best week .|Great pool and outside area,beautiful by the river and the sunsets and new year fireworks were amazing!!

Great location close to everything. Nice pontoon for fishing. Cleaniness not so good. Main bathroom had mould in shower and exhaust fan in bathroom filthy. Ensuite had mould on roof and curtain missing. Dusty, in particular the lamping main room needed a good dust! Only had 1 lamp in main room. Broken deadlock on front door that my son cut his eye on opening the door. Nuts and food crumbs in between couch cushions. Only 1 bin liner for a very small bin in kitchen. Small dishwasher that the provided dinner plates didn't fit in.

Have stayed in worse but when you pay $880 for 3 nights you'd expect a higher level cleanliness.

Manager (or reception lady) was very lovely and accommodating!

Very dated rooms and could do with a Reno.

We stayed for a week on 13th floor. Rooms were a good size and beds were super comfy. A few "odd" things- dishwasher tablets provided but no dishwasher, washing machine but no washing powder/liquid (had to go and buy some), only 2 bowls but 4 plates, only 1 spare toilet roll and no body wash or hand wash. The parking was very tight, certainly wouldn't want to have a large car! Also, the TV in main bedroom wouldn't work at all and the one in living area would "freeze" every 10-15 mins (needed to turn it off and on to get it working again). Views were spectacular though and a short walk to beach.

I recently stayed here and encountered multiple issues that compelled me to share my dissatisfaction.

1. Abrupt Check-Out: I booked a week-long stay (19th-24th) but was informed last minute to leave on a date I had booked with hotel, causing a huge inconvenience and stress. Did not get refunded for entire day of booking lost.

2. Lost Belongings: Despite acknowledging the finding of my pillow and clothing, the promised reimbursement and return of the items were not fulfilled.

3. Missing Makeup: My valuable makeup, estimated over $1,000, went missing during my stay, with no satisfactory explanation.

4. Unprofessional Conduct: I experienced aggression from Andrew, the owner, and a dismissive attitude during my visit to address these concerns.

5. Dirty & outdated room.

Overall, the lack of accountability and unresolved issues have marred my experience. I hope this feedback prompts improvements for future guests.

How this place continues to be allowed to remain open is beyond me. Nothing was working in the room, everything needed attention. And to try and do something about it was a disturbance for them. I really believe they try and take advantage of people and their kindness. I understand it is not 5 stars, but even a motor inn has plenty of toilet paper and shampoo. At least an acknowledgement or to meet half way in an issue would still be some sort of customer service, and I hope that happens in future as there is a lot of competition out there , and to this day it was worst place have stayed

People were lovely and inviting, unfortunately rooms were very very unclean. Mould all throughout bathroom and bedrooms, toilet seats broken, paint peeling from walls, no aircon. Payed an absolute fortune for the weekend but was very disappointed. Great views of the city but didn’t make up for the hygiene issues and lack of maintenance.

The new owners were friendly, helpful and doing a great job in updating the accommodation.|We had Room 902 on 9th Floor, a 2 bed apartment with bathroom with spa bath and a second en-suite with plenty of storage. |Absolutely stunning views from all three balconies by day and night!!! |Spotless clean and tidy throughout.|The kitchen was a good size and fully equipped.|Nice sized lounge/dining area.|The beds are brand new. We travel extensively through Europe, USA etc and they are the best beds we’ve ever slept in!|Approx 10 min walk to centre and 15 min walk to beach.|For the price, this accommodation just cannot be beaten - do yourself a favour and book! |Photos - view from balcony daytime, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, kitchen area, lounge/dining area, spa bath with view, views at night ||||
