My daughter and I stayed 14 nights and loved our room. It had everything we needed. We especially loved being on the 3rd floor with a back entrance on the property. We felt safe & secure with the locked underground parking with internal access up to our room.

Phillip (Property Manager) was awesome. If we needed anything he was just a phone call away and willing to help.

We stayed at Surfers Beach Resort I for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The 1BHK-style unit had all the amenities we needed, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to Surfers Paradise beach.

Philips (property owner) was exceptional, helping us resolve a booking issue through Booking.com and ensuring we didn’t lose our reservation. His dedication made our stay stress-free.

Highly recommend this resort for its convenient location, cozy units, and excellent service. We’d love to stay here again!

We LOVED staying at Surfers Beach Resort One during Christmas holidays 2023! The apartment was very cozy, quiet and tidy with great cooking utilities, and excellent communication from our great host Phillip. Beach was a 2min walk away, and shops for coffee/takeaways also nearby. Also enjoyed the occasional soak in the pool downstairs after a great day in the sun. Thanks for having us, Phillip & Team, looking forward to our next stay!

Lovely hotel, clean, tidy and well presented. Close to public transport and all amenities required for a relaxing time after a busy day exploring the Goldie. Phillip is a great host and communication from him was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in or around Surfers Paradise!

Just finished our stay at this beautiful apartment! It was lovely, clean and very accomodating has everything you need. The pool is relaxing wish I spent more time by the lounges. Paul the manager was super helpful and went above and beyond for anything we needed. I would recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for great location and a great environment for their holiday. Will be back for our next Gold Coast trip!

Was made to feel very welcome by Paul and Sylvia right away. Hotel is easily accessible from Tram stop. Place is clean and has a nice little pool and BBQ area. During my stay, most of the occupants were residents so nice, quiet and able to relax without any wild guests on site. ||I stayed top floor one bedroom apartment. Had nice kitchen with all appliances. Nice little balcony with table/chairs. Good 2 seat sofa and recliner. Foxtel was connected and working fine for all channels. Double bed is very comfy and slept very well. Air con relatively new and worked excellently. Couldn't connect to wifi in my room but not an issue as used my own data. no lifts so scaling stairs with luggage could be issue for those unlucky to not be in good health.||The area itself is close to the beach, local cafe and bowling club. Bit of a walk to Broadbeach precinct so mostly used tram to get down there. Easy enough. Has underground locked garage if you come with car.||Will highly recommend to any people wanting a relaxed and quiet stay with a good calibre of people staying within.

Paul was excellent to deal with and couldn’t of been more helpful.
The unit was definitely value for money.
We stayed for 18 nights.
The light rail was only five minutes walk and buses much the same.
Would highly recommend.
Just make sure your booking is confirmed.

Paul is an excellent Manager, very welcoming, friendly, extremely accomodating - nothing was too much trouble.
My husband and I stayed for 4 nights, the accomodation was very clean and comfortable, it had everything on hand we could need for our stay.
