We had a fantastic stay. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Perfect location only 5 min walk to the light rail
Real quiet at night except when we had to evacuate at 3 in the morning. Which shows their system works. Got to meet some lovely people whist on footpath waiting for the all clear. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Loved the pool and spa after a day out shopping

Unit not up todays expected rental standards.Worn carpet, dirty fan blades, 2 holes in side of bath. Scum around bath room taps.No spare blankets provided. Cleaning well below todays expectations.

We stayed 6 nights and it was interesting, the tap in the bathroom that is connected to the bedroom was dripping all night long. At 3:18 in the morning the fire alarm went off and it hasn’t happened for 3 years. The bathroom door was about to fall off literally and there are blinds at the bathroom window which is not private but you can shut them, the lamp in the lounge room doesn’t work , and reception is barely there. The lady at the front was very nice and the house was very nice too but not peaceful outside , people screaming and fighting it’s just crazy. But the pool and tennis court is good. It was fun and exciting. And of course the hot water turned off. Was pretty good overall.

I keep coming back here! The location is perfect, the staff are lovely, the accommodation is nice and clean. They have all the amenities you'd need. A perfect home away from home.

This apartment was outstanding. The lady on reception was friendly and helpful. A lovely person to meet after a long day getting to Surfers Paradise. The keys and the fob get you into your apartment and the garage. The one-bedroom apartment I had was perfect. Everything was immaculate and spotlessly clean. I was travelling alone and although there was a kitchen I was out eating and drinking in the local restaurants and bars. All well worth visiting. The pool area with gym and sauna was wonderful. As I had great weather for July it was well worth a visit to sit in the sun. The beach is only a street away. Free internet was great, and it was all very comfortable. The view to the beach in the morning with the sun rising was worth getting up for. I loved staying here and will certainly return when I come back.

Very clean and tidy resort. Our one bedroom apartment contained everything we needed with a very comfortable bed. Close to a beautiful patrolled beach. An easy walk to Surfers and Broadbeach or you can jump on the light rail. Couldn’t fault the place.

This is a great place and definitely value for money. We had a recently refurbished apartment that contained everything we needed. The outdoor swimming pool, spa pool, tennis court, and gym were added bonus. I would think it would be great for families. The after hours check in procedure was quick and hassle free

A bit of a mix of emotions about this place. The room was clean & the view was good. Close to the beach. The staff were lovely & it’s a great location. Pool was clean & tennis court was a huge plus. Wasn’t a huge fan of the spa bath shower - it has difficult to get in/out of. Unfortunately, we encountered a very unsettling situation. We were woken at 2:30am to a woman screaming, crying for help & fighting with a man. Police were called & showed up at 3am. It turned out to be a DV situation between a couple that live there permanently. It was very scary & uncomfortable. 3 police cars & 9 police showed up again in the afternoon the next day for around an hour trying to locate the man that had returned to the building. This couple has apparently been an ongoing issue for the resort - but are powerless to do anything. I did not feel safe or comfortable here after these incidents had occurred. Very pleased I did not have children with us. We were not offered any sort of discount or compensation for this situation after stating I felt uncomfortable at the location. The staff informed me there is nothing they can do about the couples behaviour as they are pertinent residents. Thankfully, we only had 2 nights left. We were glad to be leaving for home by the end of it all. We wouldn’t return after our experience.
