Absolutely delighted with Room 902!
Clean, modern, roomy with a great furnished balcony.
The views weren't of water but a nice open view to the mountains.
Karen and Cassandra where sweet, professional and welcoming when we signed in.
Convenient location was a huge bonus.
We will be back that's for sure.

The perfect place to stay during our holiday! We’d booked a 2 bedroom waterfront apartment and as soon as we walked in our jaws dropped, and then dropped again when we woke up and saw the ocean off the balcony. Just a stunning location and really puts you in holiday mode. Had great facilities, did multiple loads of laundry and dishes, and the pool and spa were used multiple times too! The beds were so comfy and we weren’t lacking in bedding or pillows or anything. The staff (especially Cassie) were lovely and very helpful. Our daughter even lost a much loved bracelet and the amazing housekeeper made sure she got it back. Would absolutely stay here again.

I booked an apartment for my elderly mother & partner. The staff were amazing arranging to get the hired disability equipment to the room & assisted when it had to be returned to the hire company. Everyone was so friendly & I would definitely recommend this as a wonderful place to stay.

As I have shared already with reception, this apartment needs some updating. Crockery and cutlery do not meet expectations of an apartment of this standard - the Kmart stuff looks cheap, is scratched, chipped and does not clean properly in the dishwasher. There was not enough crockery to fill the dishwasher before I ran out of crockery. There is no vacuum cleaner in the apartment so my carpets were not cleaned for three weeks as house cleaning did not clean the floors. The broom does not sweep well. The ironing board too is old and not secure or solid so one day I can see an iron falling off it onto the ceramic floor. The clothes airer needs minor repair. Only one of the gas burners on the cook top self ignite. The apartment needs some plastic storage containers for food. There were three lids there but no containers. When I arrived the top bunk was not made up and had a dirty stained mattress protector on it. This had not been changed from a previous guests accident. In saying all that I did enjoy my stay and always love coming back to Silvershore. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly on all occasions. Thanks.

Silvershore Apartments is a cut above the standard! The glory of walking into the apartment and being greeted by tasteful decor - and a full on gas range! Being a foodie that was such an amazing surprise. The dishwasher was even better.

Could not be more happy with the stay. 15/10 will be back again! Huge thank you to Karen at front desk who was an absolute gem to deal with too.

We had a great stay at SilverShore apartments, the apartment was spotless & very spacious, very comfortable bed and lounge furniture, bathroom perfect, beautiful views from the large balcony. Reception very accommodating, helping me out with a replacement hairdryer, and giving us directions to find somewhere close for dinner. The swimming pool & jacuzzi were so warm and a great place to sit around to read.
All in all the perfect weekend break!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had two bedroom appartment on the ground floor with direct pool access from back patio, which was awesome. The apartment had everything we needed for the week. The staff at reception were lovely and extremely helpful. The location is quiet and the apartment very secure. Would definately stay again.
