The managers here were great when we found ourselves in the terrible 7F apartment. (Assigned by booking.com) They responded to our valid list of problems with 7F by moving us to 14E which was fantastic. We are not particularly fussy travelers but 7F was really not clean and usable, or set up for 4 people to stay for a week. The owners either don't know or don't care how bad it is. However the managers are great and have a genuine customer focus and couldn't have responded better. Moral of the story.... not all apartments in Hi Surf are the same. The managers are great.

It would be great if the Spas worked. There's always at least an issue with one of the Spas every time Im down. People spending good money on holidays shouldn't have to constantly tell Admin what isn't working. If the excuse is incompetency then that may explain it but that won't work as a reason.

The hotel itself was lovely. Beachfront views were absolutely spectacular. Pool was clean and lots of fun. Highly recommended place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. Reception were so lovely & accomdating that we were able to have an earlier check in. Apartment was spacious, clean and great size for our family of 5. Beach views were a daily highlight. Easy walk to the beach. Kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub being a favourite for our toddler. Highly recommend 👌 Hi-Surf it was such a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Please note photos are of us departing. I can confirm Beds, lounge etc were all clean and made before our arrival.

Thank you so much to the management team at Hi-Surf. We arrived on a red eye from Perth and the staff arranged to have our apartment available early. The apartment had fantastic views, rooms were great. The managers went above and beyond for the whole week of our stay. Would highly recommend!

This amazing apartment is an absolute delight to stay. The friendly staff at reception will make you feel home. The rooms are spacious clean and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cutlery. The view from balcony is stunning and it is just right across the beach. Behind the apartment is the tram station. The location is perfect for a family vacation. Do stay here if you plan to stay in Surfers Paradise.

FANTASTIC! We stayed in a 2 Bedroom Absolute Beachfront Apartment which was beautifully appointed, perfectly clean and the living space and kitchen were huge. The views were incredible and we saw whales breaching out at sea. The staff were so helpful and friendly and when we asked for a slightly later checkout, we were given more time than requested without issue. Hi Surf is on the tram line, a short walk to Cavill down the Espy or beach and the perfect place to stay in Surfers. Can't recommend it highly enough! Thank you for a fabulous few days, we'll be back again soon!!
