We had a wonderful experience at the Resort. It was our son’s birthday and the staff made him feel so special from the moment we checked in and even gave him a cute little gift. The food options and amenities are awesome. Great place to stay with or without kids, but we found it to be super family friendly. Buffet breakfast is a great addition too.

We stayed there for 5 nights.It was one of the best stays in GC. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the service was top notch.
Rooms were quite spacious and the room service was great. Staff was very friendly and attentive. From the check-in to check out it was a smooth journey.
Direct access to the Sea World which was a bonus. We haven't used the pool due to bit of cold weather. But given the winter it wasn't missed. But the pool area was great.
Would like to thank all the staff for your great service and keep it up.

We just spent 6 nights at Sea World Resort Gold Coast and had the most amazing time! From the moment we checked in, everything was seamless and enjoyable.

The location is unbeatable with easy, direct access to Sea World, a huge bonus with kids! There were multiple dining options, which made mealtimes stress-free. We especially appreciated the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere where tantrums were met with understanding smiles, the staff were absolute gems and made us feel so welcome and supported.

Speaking of staff, they were the true highlight of our stay. Friendly, patient, and always going above and beyond. Our room was miraculously cleaned daily, which made a huge difference after busy days at the theme parks.

The resort amenities were fantastic, making it easy to entertain the whole family even outside of the parks. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better family getaway. Can’t wait to return!!!

We had such a wonderful experience at this resort. Communication and check-in process was a dream. Everything worked perfectly including our theme pack ticket access. The rooms were large, clean and in great condition. The hotel reception area was very welcoming. I can't wait until we go again!

My family and I stayed in a room for 5 nights and had an amazing stay. Brett greeted us at the main entrance as soon as we pulled up after a long drive and was super accommodating and polite. He took all of our luggage from the moment we got to the front, gave my 3 young boys a brand new hat each and gave my wife and I a complimentary bottle of Red and White wines. He then showed us to our room and gave us a quick run down of where things were on the way. We will remember our stay fondly because of Brett and the view of the pool and sunset was a huge bonus. We will definitely be coming back.

The only fault I could find with the room was the drainage in the shower wasn't great. The service at concierge was excellent by Brett and my kids enjoyed the disco, the scavenger hunt, the pool and the proximity to sea world.
The kids were too tired but they also had movie night on offer while we were there.

We got a packaged stay with theme park passes for a good price. Bella from the reception went the extra mile to make our stay special for my daughter who's celebrating her birthday. The pool was heated and lifeguards present. Food from Waterfall was okay but breakfast at Shoreline was great! It could gst really busy though with limited space. Luckily, we went in early around 7am. Room size was just enough -- a little bit dusty and the ice bucket was filthy so we decided not use it. Overall a wonderful experience and would consider coming back.

Rooms and hotel is excellent and convenient to visit the seaworld.
Staff is super friendly and we visited i. The morning and there was plenty of parking, but I think once it gets dark it gets hectic by the looks of it. The breakfast had decent amount of food variations. The dinner buffet is not the greatest for the what you will pay and the dinner buffet closes at around 8.30 or so.
