DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GOING TO THIS PROPERTY! GO SOMEWHERE SAFE! We had booked two nights but we ended up staying 1. There was a large group of drunk people making such loud noises and screaming and they had no respect for the other guests. We complained numerous times to the property and it felt in deaf ears. We never received an apology or a solution. We have the right to feel safe and it was very threatening as the drunk guests were told we complained about them so they were watching us and going into our window. I will never stay in this property again!

Check in was not open & when we called the number it took 15+ minutes to return our call, no one to be seen our entire stay.
Room has very basic supplies, bring your own is definitely recommended
The information in the room regarding the island services is very poor
We had a coffee cup not even washed in the cupboard & there is a smell coming from the kitchen cupboard that will make you want too dry reach , it is horrid.
Highly recommend not to give your hard earned money to this business!!!!!!!!

What a trip! Arrived to the apartment with no one at reception with a note on the door advising of unattended call a mobile number, well no one answered for at least 15mins, then to be told the apartment was open and key was on the table which could of been communicated to us before we arrived! I was already hot and annoyed to wait this long to check in! Opened the door and every window was open and fan blasting which soon found out why.. once windows were closed and aircon on there was a smell coming from the utensils draw in the kitchen. I pulled out the draws and plenty of dead cockroaches but couldn’t determine what the smell was. I put it down to body parts in the walls as it was a complete ghost like resort with not one encounter with management the whole stay! We went to make a coffee and the cups had been used and put away dirty, slightly moved the side table to charge my phone and obviously hadn’t been moved in a while as a thick layer of dust of power point and skirting boards. The shower base and bathroom floor I don’t think had been scrubbed in the past year! Rangehood was thick of grease as were the kitchen wall. One towel each, no hand towel or face washer, no shampoo or conditioner just 2 small bars of soap. This place reminded me of a horror movie and amazed I woke up alive in the morning!

Do not stay here 😳 it is one major rip off, their prices are absolutely ridiculous! And nothing was supplied. No soap, no complimentary shampoo or conditioner, no complimentary coffee, tea or sugar, or milk satchels, beds were very hard and uncomfortable, not enough outside lighting can’t see around the pool also, reception was never attended so couldn’t ask anyone for anything. Floors were dirty and bathroom was not cleaned properly, the list goes on and on here. Don’t waste a lot of money on this place you will get heaps better deals on the other Brisbane islands or anywhere else with a beach that are more appealing than this dump and more affordable with much better quality and service! Just read all of the other comments and reviews they will tell you the same things and even worse things than what we have experienced staying there. Do your homework.

The studio is clean but very basic. Wifi is extremely bad and keeps dropping so not possible to work with. ||Further, the booking had been made through Booking.com and the booking was cancelled when we were already aboard the ferry! Full payment for the weekend was made directly to Seminara. I had asked if I could pay the balance required and Seminara received the deposit made to Booking.com as one assumes that there is in place an arrangement for these bookings. I was informed no, that payment had to be made in full to them. Not sympathetic at all and also, could not understand why the booking had been made through Booking.com ?|I have since been trying to get my deposit refunded, Booking.com dont respond and I have asked Seminara for assistance and no response from them either.||Nevermore Booking.com OR Seminara!

Unsafe, no privacy, poor service!

On arrival we noted that basic amenities were not supplied including: soap, salt and pepper, towels and shampoo and conditioner. We were advised that shampoo and conditioner was not supplied. This was surprising as I have never stayed anywhere that hasn’t been supplied and was not advised of this on phone or is it on the website. It also advertised that it was a full kitchen but there is no oven in the kitchen. Floors were also not clean and adequate milk or toilet paper was not supplied for the stay. We were supplied these in the end but with a threat to charge and that they came out of their personal supply.

However, these were the least of our concerns in the end. We had neighbours that were not only inconsiderate but also abusive which meant that we felt unsafe for our trip and the response that we got (or lack of response at times) from management did not reassure us. Our first experience was at the pool area where they were playing loud music which made it not very pleasant. Then our neighbours were sitting literally out our bedroom window on the table and chairs that should have been only for our apartment use. Not only did we have no privacy due to broken blinds and proximity (they were staring right at us in bed which was no more than 3 meters away from where they were sitting). They were smoking till after midnight and this filled our room with smoke (even though we suffered with it being stuffy by keeping our window shut) this was very unpleasant and risked our health. They were also incredibly noisy yelling at each other but also yelling at us through our window and knocking on our door multiple times. We politely moved the chairs and table out front of our apartment and window only a few meters and they threw these back under our window and yelled at us. Response from Management was that they were lovely neighbours!

Hi guy's, from the 1st call to the time we left the service was great, we booked in earlier at a small fee. The rooms had everything we needed, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, TV. The service staff were great. One could walk to the barge and to the accommodation, a great fishing spot just in front of accommodation and after a day's fishing one could have a swim in the pool on the grounds. All said a great few days on the island, the weather could have been better, but hey not Seminara could have changed. FYI must book barge before hand. Thanks to the team at Seminara Apartments, would come back.

The overall cleanliness was terrible, multiple dirty kitchenware, the floors were thay dirty i had to put my shoes back on to avoid all the dirt throughout the apartment!!! The pool is open until 10pm which was great but by 6pm it is dark and there is absolutely no lights around the pool what so ever, so very pointless hours. Noone mans the reception desk, but they were very informative over the phone, great communication. No food onsite, a short 5min walk to the Oasis or cafe and had excellent service and food there. Location is perfect all round!!
