The delivery guys from B.I.T. delivered a large fridge for me yesterday. They were not expecting the stairs. Those guys handled a difficult situation with happiness and grace. I was so impressed with the way they assessed and overcame the problem. They were lovely and deserve a pat on the back. Thank you so much. 😊

We stored our furniture with this company after being assured the container was water tight and safe and insured. The floor rotted or was rotting that we weren't aware of as we couldn't be there when it was packed in. The container obviously flooded and our belongings were sitting in water. The packing was disgusting with no care for our items. When we opened it to remove our belongings 80% of it was severely damaged and mouldy. We had to throw it out. When we tried to go through their insurance they weren't covered! Do yourselves a favour and use a more reputable company! Check they cover your items thoroughly. Never had a worse experience. Just a few photos to show damage

I had a fantastic experience with Bay Island Transport! They delivered my fridge on time, and the staff were absolutely lovely to deal with. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I was also impressed by the additional services they offer when delivering goods to your home. I will definitely be using them again for future deliveries!

After a rediculous introduction to a certain well known company that has no service agents that represent the bay islands I have had no choice but to return my French Door Fridge freezer back to the mainland!
Bay island transport has been extremely accommodating helping in this regard !
Totally way above and beyond anything I expected from them , in fact I would have expected that from Samsung or the retailer !
This is the reason they’ve been in business 50 or so years !
That statement is after my own 20 yr experience with the company but also Roland Moore who has had over 40 years experience with the team at Bay Islands Transport !!!!

Today BIT delivered my Koala Sofa. It was a third party delivery so a bit challenging. I rang the office and the girl spoke to the driver who made contact with me. I was able to give him the instructions about where to leave my lounge. I live in a tiny house so it would have been difficult for me to move the lounge into my space. I arrived home to find my lounge neatly put away in the tiny space. A huge shout out to BITS for going that extra mile and making the delivery of my lounge a reality. Thank you to the lovely driver who took the time to ring me and deliver my lounge safely. Thank you thank you. HIGHLY recommend BITS for safe delivery of heavy furniture. 🙏🙏🙏
