Great bowling club, nice food, great views, friendly locals. I have only been to Macleay Island twice, but if you are a visitor, this club is a must.

Best bowls club view I've ever seen. Food is great - lamb cutlets are amazing quality, gravy delicious. People friendly, service great. Atmosphere lovely with live music some days. Nothing bad to say. I've even done some barefoot bowls here with my family - the guy teaching us was helpful and fun, great fun day, relaxed and enjoyable.

Had a delicious meal at the bowling club. It was fresh, tasty and delicious and was quite reasonably priced. Lovely views looking towards Brisbane. Staff are very helpful and attentive. There is a free courtesy bus that will pick you up and also drive you home again, shout out to the fantastic courtesy bus driver Wal, He was amazing. There is also live entertainment and a children’s play area. Lovely friendly little club if you’re on Macleay Island and looking for something to eat or have a relaxing drink.

What a champion little bowls club.
Picturesque views, great food, wonderful service, beer on tap, pokies and lawn bowls. What else can you ask for?
Great little visit on the ferry, we will be back definitely 😀.

Lovely views, great atmosphere. We ate there twice and the food and service were both excellent. On our 2nd visit they had a trivia quiz on, great fun 😀
Extra plus, the club provides transport for it's visitors; and the very nice driver made sure we didn't miss the last ferry, much appreciated 👍

What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon, from the moment you jump on the courtesy bus, to your first beer with the best view in Qld with the most hospitable staff and restaurant quality food. Thank you for a day to remember.
