Thank you for providing such a great apartment for my teenage daughter and I to live in over the last 9 months. We loved Realm and the Kangaroo Point area and feel a bit sad to have handed over the keys at the end of our lease, but also happy to be home in our newly renovated house.

I just wish to say thank you to the Realm team who provided excellent communication and were always very helpful. The facilities with the pool, sauna and gym are wonderful as well as the rooftop jacuzzi and entertaining areas. So many facilities to enjoy including the private dining room and theatre room. Who wouldn’t be happy at Realm!!

Most importantly, the complex is safe, in a wonderful location and kept beautifully clean. There are great opportunities for walking or riding your bike to the beach or across the new Kangaroo Point pedestrian bridge to the city, Botanic Gardens and Southbank. Thank you again for our home away from home for the last 9 months.

I lived at Realm Kangaroo Point for a year and had a really good experience. The apartment was modern, quiet, and well-equipped, and the building felt safe and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and any issues were fixed quickly.

The location is ideal, close to the city, public transport, and parks. Great rooftop, pool fascilities and gym. Would definitely recommend it, as it fits everyone!

Realm Kangaroo Point is amazing! I’m here as an exchange student, and from day one the staff have been incredibly understanding and helpful. When it came to things like a delayed deposit payment, they were patient and accommodating, which made the whole moving-in process much less stressful.

The facilities are very good, there’s a beautiful pool, brand new BBQ area, sauna, and a fully equipped gym. Everything is modern, clean, and very well maintained.

The location is also excellent, close to everything you need, and you get absolutely stunning views of the city from both the apartments and the rooftop. It’s such a great place to live, and I’ve felt truly taken care of during my time here.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Brisbane!

We’ve been residents at Realm for five months now, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. From day one, the experience has exceeded all our expectations. The facilities are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, everything feels brand new and well-maintained.

But what truly sets Realm apart is the staff. They consistently go above and beyond to make life easier and more enjoyable for the residents. A great example of this: when we struggled to put our bikes together, the team didn’t hesitate to step in and help us out, no questions asked. It’s that kind of thoughtful, hands-on support that makes living here feel like home.

The location is also ideal, everything we need is just a short walk or ride away. Whether it’s groceries, cafes, or public transport, it’s all super accessible.

I’ve had an super positive experience living at Realm in Brisbane, and I can genuinely recommend it to anyone considering staying here!

The facilities are of high quality and truly support both comfort and an active social lifestyle. There’s a great swimming pool, a welcoming BBQ area, a rooftop with amazing views, a well-equipped gym, and even a cinema room – all well-maintained and easily accessible for residents.

Another major advantage of Realm is its very central location. It’s just a short walk to the city centre, supermarkets, cafés, public transport, and everything else you might need day to day. It’s incredibly convenient whether you’re studying, working, or simply looking to explore Brisbane.

One of Realm’s greatest strengths is the staff. They’re always friendly, professional, and quick to assist with anything that might come up. Any questions or issues are dealt with promptly, creating a really safe and comfortable atmosphere- 10/10!

On top of that, Realm is a very social place to live. There are heaps of opportunities to meet new people – through shared spaces and regular events. It’s a welcoming environment where it’s easy to connect with both local and international residents.

All in all, I’ve had a fantastic time living here and have really appreciated the facilities, service, community – and above all, the location. Realm is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and social place to live in Brisbane!

Realm Kangaroo Point is a solid 10/10. I’ve had an absolutely amazing stay here as an exchange student. The team’s been super friendly, helpful and always up for a chat if you need anything. The location is spot on – nice and quiet, but still close to everything. The place has all the facilities you could want, and heaps more. Huge thanks for an unreal few months – I’m really gonna miss it here. Can’t recommend it enough!

Don’t hesitate to live in this building!

I recently moved to another building after living here for more than two years, and everything was fantastic. I didn’t want to write my review until I moved out so I could share my full experience, right up until the last day.

I have two kids, and honestly, I expected to spend a lot on repairs, as the apartment needed several fixes. However, I ended up spending only around $200, which was a pleasant surprise.

The staff is incredibly flexible and helpful. Whenever I requested maintenance, they responded within a day or two—sometimes even on the same day!

I have never lived in a building as wonderful as this one, and I probably never will again. Yes, there were some management issues in the past, but the current team is professional, polite, and extremely helpful.

Although I wear a hijab, I never experienced any discrimination or different treatment at all, which I truly appreciate.

It took me a long time to write this review, but this place truly deserves it. Thank you to the management and all the staff. I wish I could mention every name, but the only one I remember is Kim, as he’s been here the longest.

I hope I can return and live here again. Thank you to the building and the entire team!

I've stayed at Realm for the past 5 months as an exchange student from Norway, and have loved every second of it! There were more times than not that I bailed on plans to stay home in order to enjoy my rent, with the beautiful view over Brisbane city that the apartment offers. My roomates and I were greeted by the staff with open arms, and with every issue we faced as non-Australians (or even just as naive students), the Realm team were there to help. Wendo, the general manager, was particularly helpful, always offering us a good deal or invaluable advice. If my student visa hadn't expired, I would happily move my entire life to Realm Australia. As a last note, the events and get-togethers that Realm organizes were plentiful and so much fun. Thank you for this amazing year!
