We booked our east coast travel with Lauren in Mad Monkey Village and she was so accommodating and patient! We were slightly fussy with certain activities we wanted to do and wanted to upgrade the Fraser Island accommodation and she did this without any trouble. Lauren made it super easy pack in everything we wanted to do and more! Her experience and knowledge makes her the perfect agent for this job. Not forgetting she is bubbly and so friendly it eases any stress you may find with trying to book everything in. 10/10 recommend booking with her she is so lush.

I first met Lauren when she commented on a question I had posted on Facebook about a campervan rental and man am I glad she did. After hours of scouring online, getting frustrated, trying to determine the costs of a 35 day rental with a Cairns pickup and Perth dropoff, navigating to many various insurance options and just wanting to give up. She just gave me a full breakdown on the pricing and insurance options. She took so much time to explain it all to me. She went above and beyond to alleviate my stress. She sent me videos and swiftly answered all the questions I had. The booking process was smooth and she always responded swiftly despite the time difference between Florida and Cairns. Booking from overseas is stressful and I can’t say enough how much Lauren helped me with this process. She arranged literally everything and got me all the discounts and tried to cut the costs all around. Furthermore, I never felt like I was talking to a person in sales, rather I felt like I was communicating with a close friend. I will always book with Lauren at Happy Travels.

Unreal experience with Max! I came to Cairns with a broken plan of what I wanted to do for the east coast and Max sat down with me for over 3 hours while I pestered him about every little detail and what I should or shouldn't do. He was patient and supportive the whole time understanding that I was travelling on a budget and finding the best options for what I was able to spend. I now have a structured plan for my entire east coast exploration where Max booked everything and all I had to do was give the green light on the different excursions. Couldn't have been easier and saved me hours and hours of confusion and frustration if I were to book it myself. 10/10 recommend.
