Olivia, Rachelle, and the incredible Pure Catering team recently fueled the Fiji Schools Swimming Team during our competition in Brisbane, and we could not be more grateful.

From the very first enquiry to the final delivery, their service was nothing short of outstanding. The meals were absolutely delicious, and every detail was handled with such care, from the thoughtful menu selection and catering to dietary requirements, to managing the entire payment process seamlessly (no easy task for an international team!).

Coordinating everything from abroad could have been challenging, but Olivia and her team went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine care shone through every step of the way.

2 weeks after our wedding, and our guests are still RAVING about the food provided by Pure Catering. When I say the team at Pure exceeded our expectations, they literally smashed through and EXCEEDED our expectations. We had some really tricky dietary requirements (texture B, several different FODMAP requirements, vegan, coeliac etc.) and Pure went above and beyond to cater for our guests. They have an in house dietician, and for 2 of our guests, it was the first time they've been able to eat a "restaurant style" meal in years. The amount of food was unbelievable - our priority was that no guest went hungry, and this was achieved. I cannot sing the praises enough - if you're considering hiring Pure for any event, DO IT! 10000/10 recommend.

We used Pure Catering for our wedding at The Little Laneway and to this day we still have guests mentioning how utterly divine the food was. In fact, some guests were elated to find empty seats next to them as it allowed them to have additional portions! We were also incredibly impressed with the seamless organisation of the meal drops and table clearings. 10/10, we would definitely recommend Pure Catering to anyone who appreciates delicious food and efficient organisation.

We went with Pure Catering for our January wedding and they were great to work with.
Huge shoutout to the operations manager who was able to accommodate our special idea of having specific (American style) cupcakes at our wedding. This is not something that they normally do and we are so appreciative of this special touch. The guests were raving about the cupcakes and even took some home for later!
Guests were also raving about the truffle potatoes, which were a huge hit. The shared dining was a great option for guests to share an experience at the tables while also making sure there was enough food for everyone.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that when the meals were served to my GF/dairy free/vegan guests at their tables, the catering staff just told them "Oh if you are ____ then you can't eat this". I thought they would've had an alternative dish/separate small option, but were instead told they just couldn't eat it. This was not something that was communicated to me prior to the event.
That being said, they did help accommodate GF diets with providing GF brownies during a last-minute request, which was very helpful.
