The venue is a bit hard to find but it is an excellent place to stay.This nothing at wrong with this place and it is wonderful, for service, facilities, and the breaky in the morning was first class.Bedrooms are excellent, we had a choice of two, and this venue offers book to read, coffee anytime and a warm welcome for the hosts.First class in my book.

Hospitality is the best and warm. Both Trevor and Fiona are the perfect hosts . Fiona makes the best muffins. It was amazing waking up with the smell of muffins cooking . Can not rate this place highly enough also Can't wait for our next trip up and to stay with them again. So quite, relaxing,friendly amazing things to look at, beautiful surroundings and great facilities. So comfortable and affordable. It is like a step back in time.

My 9 y/o son, 10 y/o daughter and myself (female) stayed with Trevor and Fiona for 6 days. Naturally, when you’re staying at someone else’s house you’ve never been to and you don’t have your husband with you, you’re concerned about everyone’s welfare. Within an hour I felt I could relax. Fiona was fussing and clucking around the kids and Trevor was teaching my boy a few chords on the guitar. Our rooms were perfectly furnished, air-conditioned, organic toiletries were provided, as were breakfast and coffee. We were told that we could take some of Fiona’s homemade muffins and organic fruit with us on our daily road trips. When we were all there of an evening, drinks and nibbles were provided while watching the possums wake up. We went into South Bank via train and ‘Go Cards’ were provided for us – which would have been a real nuisance if they weren’t. The kids were given a fantastic gift that was especially designed just for them. We asked for a different sleeping arrangement and that was done no problems. While attempting to get a photo of the possums, I smashed my wine glass and spilt red wine on the top deck and consequently on the white tiles bellow – no problem, all cleaned up. Harry the cat, the chooks and the possums were all very entertaining.||There aren’t too many people left in this world who are honest, trustworthy, hardworking, giving and likable as these two are. Congratulations to them both on a wonderful partnership and a great business that they’ve built.|

we spent four days at this fabulous residence. Welcomed by the beautiful Fiona, Trevor and Harry. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a great variety of shampoos etc to use. Their kitchen is old farm house, Fiona is an amazing chef, fresh scones, or muffins for breakfast...sitting around their table, chatting...just the loveliest couple you could ever meet. The house is beautiful, roomy, and spotless. Don't stay any where else.

The best hospitality that we have received, we are truly grateful for making us feel so special. The night had been so relaxing for us because you had been so accommodating and friendly. A location to be surprised by as it is located in a beautiful quite surrounding with tress and natural views. The breakfast that you provided was like a warm hug on a cold winter morning, one of the freshest and most delicious ever. Three course’s starting with poached pears and rosemary, home made yogurt and granola, fresh eggs, bacon tomato and mushrooms and to finish freshly made blueberry muffins with homemade butter and lemon curd. We do not have enough words to describe how grateful we are for your warmth.

Grove Manor is a classic step back in time that is warm and very relaxing, also Trevor and Fiona are a pleasure to spend quality time with. I have stayed in many levels of accommodation and this house is just the Best, my wife and I will definitely stay with these wonderful people again on our next trip to Brisbane. Thank you both for looking after us so well.

It suited our needs for a weekend get away and it was perfect for us. Both Fiona and Trevor are lovely hosts and Fionas muffins for breakfast was a lovely treat along with the continental breakfast. Comfortable and affordable.

Fiona & Trevor were fantastic hosts, welcoming, relaxed, informative and friendly.||Bed was super comfortable and our room had access onto the balcony.||Ashgrove is 18 minutes on the “City Glider” bus where the Ashgrove stop is 5 minutes walk from their house. |. We would definitely return.
