We recently booked our Europe 2025 trip with Charlie Martin and were thoroughly impressed with his exceptional customer service from the very beginning. He accommodated every request, ensuring that everyone's dream destinations were included in the itinerary. I have to commend Charlie—our trip was no small feat! With three people and some separate itineraries along the way, it was a complex and ambitious plan, but his expertise as a travel agent truly shone through.

Charlie was fantastic when I booked my holiday to Vanuatu. Unfortunately due to recent events I’m in the process of cancelling and he is also assisting me with liaising with the airline and travel insurer. He has kept me updated with the processes etc and has been very helpful.

Customer service at Flight Centre Ashgrove is only good until they collect your money. After that you are on your own. Still waiting on a flight refund from mid 2024 . High staff turnover. First made booking with Issy then Kelsey. Now both not there and no closer to getting my refund dealt with.

Do not give this company your money, especially this branch. The agent I booked with left, the new agent I asked for help with changing my booking stopped responding to my emails. After multiple unanswered attempts I called and the phone operator and they refused to help me and transferred me back to this branch where someone took all my information and details for booking saying they will call me back immediately. Its been 4 days without hearing a thing. I asked for this help in January, I am now within 3 weeks of my flight and even after multiple complaints have heard nothing.

We had the pleasure of working with Charlie Martin from Flight Centre Ashgrove for our upcoming trip, and I can't recommend him highly enough! From the very start, Charlie was incredibly professional, attentive, and thorough. He took the time to understand our travel preferences and the different needs of both myself, my partner and my mother-in-law who will also be overseas and joining us for parts of our trip. All-in-all it was going to be a logistical nightmare, there are 3 of us who will be away for 5 weeks, where will be be doing both solo travel and meeting together for parts.

Charlie made a mammoth task seem like just another day in the office. Always met with a smile, a good sense of humour and great reccomendations, he ensured that each of us were able to achieve our individual and group travel goals. We knew it was a lot to ask of Charlie, and I can say with confidence, he surpassed our expecations with how seemlessly he has been able to arrange our trip. Charlie, we can't thank you enough, you are now OUR TRAVEL CONSULTANT and we have no hesitation reccomending you to our friends or family for any upcoming travel they have. Thank you again!

I went into flight centre to set up a trip to Malta and came across an agent by the name of Danny, he was the best agent that fell into my lap. He welcomed me with a warm and fun personality and he had also lived in Malta himself during his younger days. He was able to tell me the best places to go for shopping, culture and sightseeing. The trip itself was incredible and I had no issues with the trip itself. I had also dealt with Kelsey during the booking a couple of times while Danny was away from the office and she was able to help me with any further questions that I answered regarding any concerns that I had before flying. She was able to give me accurate information while also displaying a professional manner.
