A great experience. Nicholas has sold our two rental properties in the past few months, with both being a great experience for us. Being busy, we asked Nicholas to take control of the sales. He did everything without bothering us, just touching base for essential decisions. He organised the pictures, open homes and more with the agent and tenant without our input at all.
