I completed my placement at Breakthru Tuggerah while completing my certificate.
All staff were accomodating and helpful.
I enjoyed my time there and meeting all the customers and have made many fond memories. Breakthru was very professional and willing to assist with any requests or questions I had. They also willingly gave a reference and I am now using my certificate in a job I enjoy.
Thank you especially Mandy and Donna who helped a lot throughout the entire experience.

The certificate was also completed by Breakthru training and the course teacher was amazing with the amount of help provided and went above all standards and helped exceptional amount when needed. Very organised and professional and would recommend this organisation to everyone who asks where I completed my certificate III in individual support.

☀️☀️Things were alright when I joined from November. Didn't think I'd have any negative things to say about breakthru. Until now.....☁️☁️⚡⚡Since late March, it has been a very very dissatisfied experience . Sort of like playing musical chairs. An organisation that loves radical/rapid change, let alone fail to provide clarity and certainty. 🤨 From staff leaving to getting shuffled around, staff coming and then going, to getting shuffled around.😞😞 On top of that programs chopping/changing and being disrupted numerous times. It's too much, if that wasn't enough, get notified about changes at the last minute. 😫😫😫😫 Failed at times to notify clients about the following changes. Would not recommend an organisation that cannot get their act together, not to mention that they pride themselves constantly letting their clients down (period) to anyone that has anxiety issues, cannot handle rapid/constant change, does not like being fooled around. loves to let its clients down (period). They have no understanding of my anxiety and all my time that they wasted within that period. 😞😞😤😤 Furthermore, I am ashamed to have been associated with some of the current facilitators there (not naming names) and I will never return/ nor have contact with any of the aforementioned facilitators there nor have anything to do with this sham of an organisation ever again!!!!😡😡😤😤
