Went JetPacking for the first time today! Went with my best mate and got the perfect weather (booked 2 weeks in advanced)! Very intuitive to use with great support from staff! Derek and his colleague were incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly! Will definitely book for longer than 5 minutes next time!

I don’t normally ever write negative reviews but my partner and I were super disappointed at how our booking experience turned out. He purchased this as a gift for my birthday 2 weeks before and was given several confirmation emails, reminder emails, etc. We were so excited! We started driving down from Sydney and have accommodation booked on the coast when jet pack adventures calls (1 hour before booking) to let us know they are closed on sundays and couldn’t even accommodate us on the Monday. They had 2 weeks (from booking date) to let us know this and absolutely disappointed that they decided to let us know 1 hour before when we were already on the road. Not only was my birthday gift ruined but the mood for the entire trip. Moreover, their website says they are open 7 days and so does google. The least they could do is update them.

Friendly staff. Just in a random lake at mt Penang. Price is abit too much for what ur getting. Also take note that u dont control the power and it is not constant which can make it even more awkward to learn if it is ur first time. If u are gonna do it choose the longer timeframes.
