We enjoyed a private charter for a day trip on board Mandalay Cruises and it was such an amazing day! The staff are absolutely wonderful and were so attentive even with a big group of very excited kids. The snorkeling spots they chose were amazing and we were grateful for Ian's expertise. The woodfired pizza and BBQ lunch was delicious and so much fun to watch them being made and cooked right on the back of the boat! The vessel itself is super comfortable with plenty of space for everyone and we loved the option of being able to sit inside on on the comfy bench seats for a rest or do some sunbaking on the big top deck outside. A huge thanks to Bella, Ian and Brad (and Max the dog!) for making our trip so wonderful we can't wait to book another trip with you we all had the best day

Australia Day wood fire pizza and drinks. We were blessed with perfect weather, not over crowded. The pizza were delicious, and the drinks were flowing.the staff were friendly Thankyou for a few wonderful hours on the harbour.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful service! Enjoyed my time on board the Mandalay for a Vivid cruise - a beautiful boat with character and charm.

The staff were happy and really hardworking. Great atmosphere, affordable bar, delicious pizza and clean facilities.

Definitely worth booking for Vivid and beyond! Thanks team.

We had a very good experience with our family. Beautiful view on Sydney from this boat! The kids had fun exploring the old style vessel, it is really fascinating. We really enjoyed the vibe. The crew are very friendly and helpful and the pizza was fantastic!

Had a very disappointing experience for the Vivid cruise booked through Ritual Local. The boat just lazily cruised along Circular Quay and the Harbour Bridge. We didn't get to see anything beyond that. 90 minutes were just spent in that one location. We expected to see much more views for the Vivid event. I can’t really call it a "cruise". We could've got the same views from either walking to Circular Quay, Mrs Macquarie's Chair or from Mary Booth Lookout Reserve.

Absolutely amazing experience the hospitality was incredible. Bella, and her energy was fantastic. So very helpful and felt so at home. Nolan the chef makes amazing pizza and he was again, amazing. Thank you guys!

Gorgeous views of the opera house and the bridge!! Amazing service—Bella was so welcoming and friendly. Ship was clean and safe. Great music. We had such a fun wine!! Will be coming back.
