Once again I had to attend ED and was greeted with "What you here for?"
I think a "good afternoon could you fill out this form and can I ask you why you came today?" Being polite and respectful when someone is feeling like crap would be a good place to start. Not your gruff "what you here for?" The whole visit was much the same and I have reported it to New England Health. You are there to serve the sick not nitpick about who used to be their doctor when there aren't any doctors here presently. We have to take who we can get. Be respectful and professional or be gone.

Super Impressed - Relatively new to town wasn’t sure what to expect. Dr Joel was very friendly and put our little one at ease. The nurse was also very helpful, apologies if have forgot your name :p ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Never in my life have I seen such disgusting treatment of a patient who also has some brain trauma. One ED nurse told him " you have been giving me grief for years so I don't want to help you!!!! I told her she should be above it she's a nurse after all !! I told one today I'd be reporting the poor nursing to NSW Heath and her reply was "good luck with that". I 'd rather die than go there. You need to lift your game. Thankfully there were two young male nurses who were a lot more respectful than the female nurses. The others should take a leaf out of their book. No empathy at all !!!! A couple of "would be if they could be " in there that's for sure. Maybe a career change would be good.
You need more mature staff not whimpy little girls losing their cool because a patient is afraid of falling. I'm gobsmacked. at all the attitude shown to the elderly by young upstarts who show little or no empathy whatsoever. I have reported it to the appropriate people so let's hope they investigate your disgraceful conduct.

Thanks Quirindi hospital for fast and efficient assessment without an appointment for ear ache. Couldn't get into local doctors but one did suggest going to ED to get assistance. Dr and nurse did quick diagnosis and treatment on the spot.

No Doctors rostered at the hospital Monday again, patients transfer to Newcastle or Tamworth. No care factor.
