My association with Ray White Freshwater began in August 2023 when I engaged them to manage my rental property at Curl Curl. Alexis Hughes was unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful; she has a fantastic 'can do' attitude and resolved several issues with minimal fuss or inconvenience.
Fast forward to August 2024 when I decided to sell that property and because I was so pleased with the service Alexis gave me, I had no hesitation in listing my apartment with them. Graham Bennett is a local resident who knows this area's market very well. He was proactive in getting my apartment listed and open for inspection; nothing seemed any trouble to him. Within two weeks he had secured a buyer - contracts exchanged and deposit made - for the price I was hoping for. I am delighted with the result!

The roof came off our rental property in the storm on the Northern Beaches on 19th December and landed in our swimming pool, luckily no one was killed and we found ourselves homeless 5 days before Christmas. Fi Richardson came round with the insurance company and told me, in front of my family and the insurance company that it was "liveable downstairs". This basically sums up the 7 years that we rented the house and the 3 years Ray White Freshwater managed it. I'm sure within the law they did everything correctly, however, as decent human beings it was quite unbelievable. The one star I have given is because it doesn't allow zero stars.

I purchase my property on Surfers Parade, Freshwater from Bernard Hachenberg back in 2009. As a new resident to the area from the east, I recall he was extremely knowledgeable of Freshwater and its history. He was very approachable and friendly while being professional and most of all honest to deal with.

Many years later I decided to move but keep the property as a rental. I naturally had Bernie and his team at Ray White Freshwater manage my rental and they did not disappoint. The team were always available, highly engaged and sorted any issues no matter how big or small with speed, professionalism and little fuss. Over the many years (13yrs) Bernie always made a point of keeping in touch just to check in and see if I was happy with everything and helping with any real estate queries. Incredible service.

Finally, last year I made the decision to sell the property and again, decided to go with Bernie and his team at Ray White despite many offers from other local agents. This is where I was most impressed. Right from the start Bernie and his team provided excellent 'hands on' service with great attention to detail. Bernie's passion for driving the sales campaign to get the right results was highly impressive and second to none.

He really is the Freshwater real estate expert and in my opinion the best in suburb. I would highly recommend Ray White Freshwater, Bernard and his team. 5 stars from me.
