Great family holiday. Apartment was very spacious and big enough for 7 of us staying. Given there were 7 of us for 4 days simple things like more than 2 rolls of toilet paper should be provided (we got more when we asked), bin bags, tea towels and even forks (there were only 6 whereas there were 7 of us). The biggest concern however was the ant infestation. We did call to ask for some bug spray when we checked in after seeing the ants, but it never came. If these things are taken care of it would be perfect. The location is great; the pool is top notch and very clean too. They just need to get these attention to detail things right (and the pest control).

I have stayed here before and was staying on cyclone Alfred Friday however as couldn’t make it as roads might cut from Sydney I rang them and the lovely lady gave me a room credit! It was a good outcome as it was a Non Refundable booking so they were within their rights to charge me. I stay here a lot and the apartments are really good, great position!!
I’ll use my credit at a later time and probably add a night to it!!

One night stay with the family. Room was well equipped and clean. Although the living room lounge needs a professional clean. Bathroom had some piping issues. Seems though the system needs attention as the toilet made noises every minute which broke all our sleep constantly. Grounds and pool were very clean, pleasant check in. cockroaches in apartment were a nice surprise. Which need attention to. Overall good location, few small issues that could be fixed simply, lovely bakery few doors up. Opposite beach… could be a little Gem stay with a little consideration for future stays.

Fantastic. Nice clean room, comfy beds, very well maintained grounds. Big TV with all the streaming options. Wifi. Short walking distance to a pub for lunch or dinner, but far enough away you don’t hear any noise. Undercover parking. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Have to say Coffs Harbour overall was a little disappointing and this place was too, Our room was under the stairs had no windows and only had natural light through the ranch slider entrance that opened into the car park. The room smelt musty and dusty. Bed was soft and uncomfortable. Again schoolies probably explained why it seemed overpriced. Overall disappointing

After some confusion over booking in (Reception was unattended even though it was during business hours and to make matters worse, it was pouring with rain!) we checked into our 2-bedroom unit 116 situated on the ground floor at the rear of the complex (another soaking getting our luggage from the car!)|The unit itself was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable with a good selection of pillows. Bedrooms, kitchen and lounge/dining are spacious but the bathroom is cramped and the shower leaks like a sieve.|Our stay was during off-peak period and the pool was mostly empty. As with most motels built in the era, the three-sided, 2-story building surrounds the pool area which means even the slightest noise will echo loudly. Something to consider if booking during school holidays.

Beach park Apartments was very clean, tidy with immaculate grounds. No onsite booking but arrangements were made easily. It was pricey but we stayed in high season. Great location but a room service would be great every other day for bath mats and towels especially if you have kids. We had a great stay.

The room was great, but that's where the good review ends. The service was awful. My partner and I got charged a $250 service fee extra because "we left the room a mess". However, we made up our bed we took our rubbish out, we cleaned up the bathroom and put all the wet used towels inside the shower to avoid leaving water through the bathroom, we washed our dishes too... the biggest joke honestly, as a former housekeeper our room was left clean, almost exactly the way it came....
Save yourself a lot of money and book somewhere else

Update: now the owners and managers are trying to tell us we left the room a pig sty with stains all over the carpet and lounge which is not even close to true and they aren't even providing us with any evidence of this as I checked over everything when we left and there were no stains anywhere.we have asked for photo evidence of this and they said they are more than happy to send it to us and yet we still haven't received or seen any photos from them... shocker..
The make-up in the sink was minimal at best and would've had to be cleaned for a regular clean anyways nothing stained so don't know where they're pulling that from...we wouldnt have bothered cleaning up our rubbish and making beds etc if we were going to trash the place 🤣🙄
they're just trying to cheat us out of this $250 to save face for themselves. Biggest joke of a company ever.

Would never book here again.
