Quality Hotel City Centre - Coffs Harbour, New South Wales

Myself and two young sons were put up in this hotel by airline after a flight cancellation.
Staff were professional, helpful and sympathetic to the long travel day we'd had. The Staff were able to provide some great information about nearby eateries and other amenities to assist with our unplanned night in Coffs Harbour.
Accommodation was generous sized, clean and well fitted out. Location was a walking distance manageable for children to eateries and town centre.
Should my family plan to stay in Coffs Harbour, I would certainly be looking to stay again at the Quality Hotel.

A good choice if you want to be in central Coffs. My room was very nice, newly renovated. Very large and spacious with nice bathroom. All very clean, comfortable bed. Quiet RC air con plus fan. Large TV. A toaster, microwave, kettle and a nespresso style coffee maker and pods were provided. |Easy walk to restaurants (there is a Thai just down the road which was quite good). Staff were friendly and happy to call me a cab as needed. It is a shame this place isn't near the beach. But other than that is is very modern and clean and i would happily stay again.

Absolutely perfect for our family of six!
We couldn’t be happier with our stay. The townhouse was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful during both check-in and check-out. It truly was comfortable and gave us plenty of room. We highly recommend this accommodation to other families — thank you for a wonderful stay!
Note: You can hear some traffic noise, but that’s to be expected in the area and didn’t impact our enjoyment at all.

Found this hotel late one evening during a road trip and it was fantastic. Not many options as rooms were taken, but the staff were exceptional in helping us get accommodation for the night. The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. It is a great location, just off the main route and there are plenty of shopping options within a short drive. Would stay here again

Clean, spacey and comfy room, love spa bath. The only thing I dont like is the location is a bit closed to main highway, some noise for the corner room early morning.

I will definite comeback here.

Right late afternoon after a long day of business and driving. The hotel is located in a convenient location with narrow parking and limited parking spaces. The check in was somewhat smooth and ok. Just a small inconvenient area. Quickly addressed by the staff member. The hotel doesn’t offer dinner, however a basic breakfast is served. An easy walk into town where the local supermarket, cafes and a shopping centre is available for convenience items, breakfast and dinner. A 10 mins walk back is easy. Public transport not far. A basic/convenient/clean hotel for a business trip is what I needed.

Clean, comfortable newly renovated rooms (at least the one I stayed in was newly renovated and modern). Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster and kettle tea and coffee provided. Mini bar available in the room. Comfortable king size beds. Nice bathroom. A good choice if you want to be central to the shopping area, you can walk to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff.

The accommodation is really nice. Proximity to Coffs is great. Service from the management is great BUT the road noise in our “upgraded” townhouse was extremely annoying- I would definitely avoid the front apartments and rooms - the trucks roll past all night and especially early in the morning - often stopping at the lights close by. ||I think that there will be a bypass soon and this place will be excellent.||I really think that the owners need to at least double or triple glaze the road facing windows
