Amazing customer service!! The team went out of their way to help out!! We’ve had a great day at the Coffs Harbour Youth fest. Key employment was one of the stall holders here - representing the services available to the local community. Kristy (from the Coffs office) went out of her way to help my sons, and deserves a five star acknowledgement! Both boys were booked in to do the skate deck painting activity. They’d just run out of decks though, and one son had to miss out! This was a good learning experience, but also really disappointing for my youngest son (who lost the Rock/Scissor/Paper decider). Kristie made a few phone calls, to see if there were any spare decks at the office. She then sent a co-worker to pick one up from spotlight!! I’m so impressed by this. Thank you Kristy and team. You absolutely made my sons day 🙂

Mikaela from key employment support has gone above and beyond to help my son Dale,Mikaela has organised so much for him which has taken so much stress off him and make his life so much easier for him,stuff that she didn't have to but she did with no questions asked and it has helped immensely with what he is going through if only there were so many more Mikaelas in the world there would be no drama's at all.

Just wanted to share my personal experience with Key as I know people can judge to quickly off online reviews, with my background in Hospitality I know how reviews can get, hence why I wanted to share my own experience as I normally don't bother writing many reviews. I've found Key quite an understanding and welcoming place, always feel safe here. I Happily, tell others how lovely it is at Key as I find it honestly is. Key treat staff respectfully and of course a bonus with great banter throughout the days really keeps the good morale going, they really do look after you genuinely as clients and staff here. (:
