I recently purchased an aged ducato Avan and wanted a full review of the mechanics. The team were awesome in both their review and remedy of defects accompanied by plain English explanation of the work undertaken. The cost was very fair. Awesome work guys. Highly recommended.

Excellent service at a fair price. This is my 'go to' place to service my Fiat Ducato mh. It is 4.5 hours from home, but I just incorporate it into a holiday.
This business really knows their stuff. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are known as the 'Fiat Gurus', although any European vehicle would benefit from being serviced here.

We dropped out motorhome in for a service. We had been told by the dealer that they had booked it in and all we had to do was take it there but when we arrived we discovered the dealer had only booked it in for the warning light. This was annoying as we had driven 4 hours to get to Coffs Harbour. Despite this and already being full the staff at South Coffs Motors somehow managed to fit us in.

We were told this service would normally take about 4-5 hours. Unfortunately, one of the problems was the cruise control not working due to the dealer having fitted a bull bar and moved the sensor and leaving it instead of calibrating it. This is a major job but again the staff made every effort as they knew we had travelled a fair way to get there.

We spent 7 ½ hours wondering around a shopping centre waiting whilst the motorhome was worked upon (most of it being the cruise control). Eventually we returned to the workshop around 4.20pm and took a seat. From where we were seated we could see Ram working on the motorhome and taking it for test runs. During this time Catlin did what she could to help us and explain what was happening and keep us in the loop in a very courteous and helpful manner which we appreciated. Eventually Catlin went home, and Ram’s wife took over talking to us and keeping us informed. Ram’s wife was a delight to talk to. Her concern was equal to Ram’s himself and you could sense her disappointment for us when eventually it was realised that the problem could not be fixed that day.

Ram has not given up but is already talking positively about what he can do to fix the problem with Fiat’s help.

Eventually at about 7.20pm and after three test runs and numerous attempts Ram had to concede that he would need to enlist the help of Fiat to solve the problem.

We were immensely disappointed that the cruise control was not fixed BUT at the same time we appreciated it was not the fault of Ram and his staff all of whom tried very best to fix the problem.

Having seen the effort and consideration demonstrated by Ram and his staff and especially Ram’s wife I would have no hesitation in. recommending Coffs Harbour Motors to anyone looking for somewhere to have their car/truck motorhome serviced or repaired. The dedication and pride in their work is nothing short of amazing.

This was the first time we had Ram and his staff do any work for us and it is disappointing that they are not closer to where we live as I would readily take my vehicles to them without hesitation.

The courtesy and professionalism of Coffs Harbour Motors is a credit to Ram, his wife and his staff. A great family business with good staff which I could not recommend more highly.

Ram was very helpful and obliging in helping us with our Fiat Ducato Motorhome clutch fluid issues. We very much appreciated his work, help and advice. We believe he is one of the best in Australia, especially when it comes to Fiat expertise. In addition, Ram helped us with follow up advice when it was required, on the road. A good guy.
