Was standing in the rain as I had been caught out in the rain on my way to work, booked a cab which arrived in a timely manner however once he arrived, I try to get to the cab but he then DROVE AWAY! Leaving me in the rain. I had my phone out and was walking towards the cab trying to indicate that I was the passenger when he kept pulling forward before the driving away. I usually have good experiences but after this I do not want to order through 13cabs again

I was most disappointed at your service in Coffs Harbour, I booked online 3 times for a cab and not one turned up I waited 1 hour and had no word from anyone, I don’t like booking online and I am dissatisfied with the AI booking set up. Will never use this service again.

Driver Kenneth was excellent. Need to get rid of that painful bit as it all but lost another customer. Sent cab to highway. Couldn't get meeting place understood...fortunately driver had the nouse to drive around to medical c entry. Never again.

Rang several times...3 or 4 .automated...then we got an actual person..this was over the course of an hour and half..did they come...Nope..we were in boambee ..No one Came

Taxi never arrived. When we called, the automated response was that they were looking for a driver. We had to drive our own car and leave it at the airport adding over $300 parking costs to our holiday expenses.
They should not accept a taxi job if they can’t guarantee a driver.
When we called after our holiday they didn’t want to know; not their problem.

My taxi driver, Phillip, is the first taxi driver in Coffs Harbour in over 12 months who got out of his taxi to put my bag in the boot when I got off the plane in Coffs Harbour, and also when I got to my destination. OMG, what a nice gesture. This is such a rare service in Coffs with 13cabs and Chasa taxis. Thanks again Phillip. We need more drivers like you in Coffs.

Don't normally do review's but just waited an hour and 20 min for a taxi from 13cabs rang 3 times last time to cancel once arriving home and they were still looking for a driver my first call was at 8.15. l rang chasa taxi and waited 11 min l will recommend chasa to anyone needing a taxi.
