I just wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to Roger and Al for their outstanding kindness and professionalism yesterday. My elderly parents were on one of your regular bus routes, hoping to enjoy a bit of sightseeing, and both Roger and Al went out of their way to make their experience extra special.

Even though it wasn’t a dedicated tour, they took the time to point things out, assist with getting on and off safely, and made sure my parents were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the journey. It meant the world to them—and to me.

It's rare to come across people who genuinely go the extra mile, and I just wanted to recognize and appreciate that. Thank you again to Roger, Al, and the team for the exceptional service!

Are drivers meant to help elderly people with heavy walkers off the bus. I can only afford the bus. But help from one driver in four years. Chuck lie when I try to find time tables. You site tells me new times came into effect 1/1 70. Am I mistaken?

365 bus Coffs Harbour to Plaza via jetty. Advertising over all windows means a coffin like experience for passengers on a rainy day. Understand it helps keep bus company afloat but as a paying customer the trip is depressing. Buses have a large surface area on which to put advertising, please leave windows free. I beg you

Well I'm just visiting and I understand the pandemic . But I think what a con . The bus pay travel system , the drivers don't want to handle coins / money notes . So to travel you have to have a visa/master card . If you don't have these you can't pay . Tap and pay . you can't link opal to this NSW state transport Strange the trains except tender . I know bus company's are privately owned but you would think it wouldn't be that hard to have included opal in these covid times . So I have to walk .

I had my first trip yesterday. Driver assited me with knowledge when to get off. Nice bloke driving . Stop is near me n as a Senior a good deal .

This bus driver refused to pick up an old lady and wouldn’t take her where she needed to go after we’ve picked her up with other bus drivers multiple times. He fought with her about catching the bus even though we go where she needs to go.

I'm vision impaired and rely on the bus to get around. 361 bus pulled and out of tormina Centro without stopping, 30 +Deg day, thanks for nothing... The only non change service this afternoon..
