We had Lusso Kitchen cater our recent Trivia Night, and the food and service were fantastic! Everyone had a great time, and the catering really elevated the night. There was a small mix-up with some dietary requirements, but the team handled it so professionally and even went out of their way to provide extra meals for a few late arrivals — which was so appreciated. Malek and the team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommend!

What a disappointing meal.
Locals are always raving about this place, but I honestly don’t get it.
The food was below mediocre. The man who was checking people in was extremely rude and unfriendly.
The bar staff and the waitresses were nice but other than that, everyone was below average with their customer service.
Kids had fun in the lawns but parents are not watching what their kids are doing so older kids were stealing younger kids balls - not a very nice community vibe.
Would definitely not recommend and will not be going back unless the chef changes.

This review is purely about the food.

Ordered through UberEats

Ordered a Parmi. Not bad but it was missing the salad. We have ordered from here before through UberEats and no issues everything arrived.

Also ordered the Garlic bread. It seems they had a vendetta against the garlic as it looked like it had been put through a fire before being boxed and sent out. So burnt you wouldn't have fed it to a bird.

Can't leave a review like this on UberEats.

The Diddy bar staff are fantastic. This review only relates to the kitchen and food, NOT the bar.

I would give them zero out of five if I could.

The food is OK, but overpriced. For example, their pizzas are virtually the same price as Via Napoli down the road.

But the service is absolutely, astoundingly, shockingly bad.

I’ve been there several times. They always bring out the starters and mains together. Zero common sense.

Last time I went, we found a hair in one of our pasta dishes.

Returned it to the kitchen. They said they would offer a refund, and then disappeared, leaving me waiting for several minutes.

I went back to my table to finish my drinks, then came back on the way out to ask for the refund.

At this point, the Chef came out and wondered aloud - so that others could hear - whether we had placed the hair in the pasta ourselves!

So not only are they unhygienic, but they had the audacity to accuse us of planting a hair in the pasta.

As if we would go there and spend nearly $300 on food and drinks, only to come up with a cunning plan to obtain a $20 refund?

The kitchen and server staff are rude and abrupt. It’ll be a cold day in hell before you get a smile from them.

They have zero common sense and even less customer service skills.

I will never be eating there ever again. Not while they are running the joint.

I was told by bar staff that they receive a lot of complaints about the kitchen.

I hope the people that run the club have the good sense to reconsider who runs the restaurant.

Lusso Kitchen at Longueville Sporting Club catered for a birthday party for us recently. Malek was extremely helpful with menu decisions in the planning stage. The food was delicious and the staff were courteous and helpful. All of this made for a very successful function. I would not hesitate to recommend Lusso Kitchen to anyone seeking a caterer.
