The most honest and amazing people Steven & Stephanie.

I had left my wallet in one of the bath robes from a hotel we stayed in at the Blue Mountains.

I appreciate Steven who contacted my health fund provider to advise them and they got in contact with me.
As I am pregnant as well I need all my cards and has money inside which was left untouched and left my mind at ease.

I cannot thank you both enough for being exceptional human beings!

Left my GOLD chain in a pair of work pants. Called up and explained my situation. They told me they will notify production and have a result back by phone call. I missed the call but they left a voicemail saying to call back. Rang Steve back who I assume is the team leader or so. Steve understood the severity and importance of the item and had his team search AN HOUR for it and manage to find the chain. I couldnt thank them enough! With such a high value item, they couldve easily kept it or reported it lost but instead did the exact opposite! Great service and effort for someone they dont even know.

Again, I would like to thank the Admin' service all the way to Steve and the production team. Buddha bless them and their endeavours in life 😊

P.S. GIVE THEM A BONUS OR RAISE 😉

The customer service team - in particular My Ly are incredible. They helped retrieve my daughters teddy after it got lost in hotel linen. Cannot speak highly enough of their care and communication.

Inconsistent, always fail to reach the phone lines. Deliveries are always incorrect whether it is a short delivery or incorrect venue's stock. I understand I am not the only customer but if you cannot keep up with demand you need to do something about that as loyal customers will be lost.
