What's not to like? The villa we stayed in was immaculate with sparkling white linen and towels. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with good quality equipment. The shower/toilet was 5 star too, lovely amenities and sublime hot water. A pool and well stocked camp kitchen. A comfortable stroll to the small shopping street, beach and 2 clubs.
It is a part permanent living site but it is perfectly maintained for both residents and blow ins.
Maybe a door flyscreen would be a great addition, but it's not too difficult to put up with.

Was a stopover. Neat, clean, and modern studio with everything you need. Comfortable stay and great location. The overall experience was smooth and hassle free.

Only stayed for one night but found the place very clean, quiet and well maintained. Comfortable bed. If I had to raise one issue, the only (very minor) issue was that the TV signal for ABC and SBS was unavailable (which may be just a factor of where the Caravan Park is located). Booked over the phone on the day of arrival and turned up after the office closed. Smooth booking and check-in process. I would recommend this place.

Lovely little caravan park close to the beach, Bowling Club, shops and beach. So close, in fact, that you can hear the surf from your van. Everything about this park is neat and tidy. Grassed areas are well kept and very green. The pool is a delight and especially to cool off in after a big day sight seeing. Woolgoolga is not too far from Coffs Harbour, just 20 minutes, but far enough away to get out of the hustle and bustle of a major city. The staff here are kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here.

My wife & I stayed on 25/4/25 for 1 night. Best amenities I've seen for quite a while. Close to Bowling Club. Short walk to town centre and beach. Great price and friendly reception. Well set out park.
We will definitely be back.

We stayed in a motel like cabin which was very clean. Bathroom was very good.|We liked the grounds which were kept very neat and tidy. Great community kitchen and a nice pool. Shortcut along a nice creek into Woolgoolga. |We would stay there again as the rice was very reasonable.

Great last minute stop on a road trip . Stayed New Year’s Day in two studio apartments.
Welcomed and easy check in, clear directions and good local advice, awesome recommendation from the man who welcomed us to go to the diggers for dinner.
The rooms are clean and well presented with a comfortable bed and good showers
The park is very clean and well presented and the locals friendly.
Great location short walk to beach and town
Perfect place to have a short break and will be back
