I had the absolute best time with Fremantle Bikes on their bike tour! The environment was stunning – riding along the coast, through Fremantle’s charming streets, and soaking up the local vibes was such a refreshing way to explore. The bikes themselves were top quality: super comfortable, well-maintained, and easy to ride even for someone who doesn’t cycle regularly.

What really made the experience stand out, though, was the team. A special thank you for João and Phil. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. You can tell they genuinely care about giving people a great experience while also respecting and preserving the local environment. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and they were happy to adjust to the group’s pace and interests.

Highly recommend if you’re visiting Freo or even if you’re a local looking for a fun and active day out! 😊👏🏼

Incredible experience!
I rented an electric bike to explore Rottnest Island, a place I highly recommend 100%! The beaches are absolutely beautiful, and you can even get close to the quokkas — an unforgettable moment.

The electric bike was really helpful for the hills and made it easy to ride all around the island, which is actually quite big.

Such a fun day out with friends! The e-bikes were a blast – effortless riding and so much fun zipping around town. Our guide was awesome, sharing cool local stories and keeping the vibe super chill. Coastal views, good laughs, and great energy all around. 10/10 would do it again!

An electric bike is the best way to explore Rottnest Island for sure. We cruised around the whole island effortlessly up and down the hills. Fremantle bikes were awesome setting us up for the day. Great bikes and friendly service. We picked up the bikes the night before so we could ride from our accommodation and catch the early ferry. We were able to hit the road straight from the dock. My wife & I hired a couple of e-bikes for a day touring Rottnest from the Freo shop in March 2025. They were ready to go at the pre-arranged time so that we could connect with our morning ferry times. This was much easier than lining up at Rotto with everyone else trying to hire. The bikes were fantastic & we could’ve explored the entire island without them. Bike drop off back at the shop was easy. We would recommend them to one & all & look forward to doing it again in the future.

Great service from beginning to end. We pre-booked online which was super easy. Convienent location - there's a carpark nearby and it's only a 5 minute ride to the Freo sheds. The bikes were really easy to use, came with phone holders, locks and helmets. The battery lasted the whole day.

The guys at the shop were also really friendly and helpful in setting up the bikes for us! My kid loved it!

Bike hire was easy and convenient - close to station. The staff were fantastic and really helpful, and the e bikes we hired were perfect for our adventures - around Perth and Rottnest Island. No hint of running out of battery. Comfortable seats, and step through made it really easy.
