Cheaper fuel than elsewhere but no-one able to help on site when receipt didn't print. Pump 1 also stopped halfway through filling. Had to switch to pump 2, and I also didn't get a receipt for second transaction. This seems to be a common occurrence, after reading other reviews. Had to call their hotline to get my receipt. Ridiculous. Won't be using them again

Cheapest gas in town. Self service, some people had complained that reservation was kept long time on card, but for us it took right amount directly. Receipt printing did not work though.

Cheap fuel but would not print reciept after pump stopped short of the amount I wanted. Seems that all the pumps did the same to other people.

At this unmanned petrol station you pay before you fill. This makes it pretty useless if you wish to fill up because how do you know what the fill up price will be? There must be a work-around to the situation, but it's not highlighted in an obvious way.

There were two other vehicles before me who drove off without buying any fuel, like I did. Too much hassle.

NOTE: They responded to my review. Like I said, highlight the process in an obvious way. What the review response person says is just wonderful, except for the fact that customers have no way of knowing all of this if you don't tell them. There were 'instructions' on the little screen on the bowser, but they didn't say exactly what this review response person says. What a crock!

There was someone waiting for me when I was there, so I did not have time to knuckle down study the little essay on the tiny screen, write notes and and nut it all out. Make a traditional larger sign with each step defined so it's quick and clear. It's not that difficult, sign writing.

I'd rather pay a bit more for good service and a business which is more considerate.

Unmanned. No problems using debit card. Cheapest fuel around. If you want diesel, check the nozzle size fits before selecting pump. Not busy.

They take my 100 AUD when I spent 55 aud only!
I suppose it is gonna be like other petrol stations that they give you immediately the money back but It wasn't!
Now I am not sure If I am going to have my money back :/

Fuel is a decent price, but they rip you off by not only taking the fuel cost out of your account, but also the "Freeze" amount, the $97 was taken for the fuel I bought, but I'm still yet to see the $150 EXTRA come back to my account...days later...if this keeps up I'll be making sure the CCC hears about this theft.
