I am writing to express my concern as a renter with Ray White Windsor, having always paid rent on time or in advance, I really don't understand why i have just received a 90-day eviction notice without any reason at all. This is particularly alarming and completely out of the blue for us given our initial disclosure to them about one of our children having spectrum 3 autism and the need for stability and routine is very very very important for him. Although we requested a minimum 5-year lease to start with to ensure continuity for our children's education, we where only offered a 6-month lease to start with and an option to extend for a longer period of time after the first 6 month period which they just automatically renewed for another 6 months without even contacting my wife or myself. Ray White Windsor did not honer there word to our family at all, my wife and myself are also very disappointed in the agency's lack of support in finding an alternative home for our family and want to worn everyone about their apparent disregard for the needs of any renting Australian family. If I new I would only get this house for 1 year i would never have sighned the lease to start with. I feel like i was suckered into signing the lease for this property and I would leave them -zero stars if It would let me. Really poor form guy's. And why should we have to contact your office about this given the fact that your agency is the one leaving my family homeless in 90 days. We should have had this support from your agency when we where sent the eviction notice not after a bad review. Instead your agenct wanted to organise a time to send someone out to inspect the property the very next day. This is completly unethical given the fact I have less than 90 days to move out now.

Buyer of house in Windsor. From my initial phone call regarding an inspection for the property. I have had an absolutely amazing experience, nothing was to much trouble, Once I had made the decision to buy, I was even able to get assistance from Ziggy with tradespeople to give me quotes and help locating a local conveyancer.

There were a few minor issues that needed sorting out and Ziggy was on the phone checking if I was okay.
