The king bed was huge and so comfortable. The room was great and quiet. The slat window shades don't provide complete block out but that didn't bother me. Wonderful atmosphere and surrounds but the thing that really made my stay special was the service provided by Renee on the front desk. So considerate and friendly, she took my needs into consideration and was super helpful. She also remembered me the next day and showed gentle genuine interest and kindness in our conversation. I have always wanted to stay at the Mansion and will be coming back for sure - especially when there is a great last minute special like the one that I got.

A perfect romantic getaway for anyone! My partner and I stayed at Lancemore to celebrate my 30th birthday. The staff could not do more to go out of their way just to make me feel special! Especially Renee at the front desk who ensured every need was met and even organising a private cheese and wine platter for my partner and I to enjoy by the fire. Shout out to Veronica in the restaurant who even on the quietest of nights brought joy and character to our evening. Would 10/10 recommend Lancemore just based on the hospitality staff alone! Start your day with a glass of wine and end it at the spa, you won’t regret staying here.

Absolutely loved our Mother's Day high tea! The food was delicious, and the oysters were a standout—must try! We enjoyed a beautiful view of the hotel grounds, which made the experience even more special. The highlight was listening to the talented violinist as the sun set. A perfect day to celebrate!

My girlfriends and I had the best weekend getaway! Huge thanks to Jarvis and the team for making our stay so special. We were greeted with a bottle of wine in our room and a lovely handwritten note—such a thoughtful touch that you don’t find just anywhere. We did have a small issue with the aircon during the night, but the night audit staff member was amazing and sorted it out quickly. We’ll definitely be coming back. Also, a big shoutout to the team at Joseph’s Restaurant—the food was incredible and the staff were so attentive and knowledgeable.

We stayed in the heritage room with the indulgence package. The package and staff were lovely, the room was disappointing.

The package itself was good value, the massages at the day spa were divine and the 3 course meal at Joseph's was delicious. The self-guided tour of the mansion was a unique experience.

The staff were genuinely wonderful, warm and friendly. They even arranged for chocolates to be brought up when they learned it was my husbands birthday!

The room was just very small, with only one bedside table and no phone charging points on either side. The bathroom had a stainless steel sink/vanity top like a public rest room, and the toilet felt like it was in the room which wasnt very romantic.

Also the room was not soundproof. We were woken several times during the night by wedding guests in the hallway, and again early in the morning by loud water pipes from the room next door.

All in all we appreciated the lovely staff and extras included in the indulgence package. Rooms need some improvements.

Our visit to Lancemore Mansion Hotel exceeded our expectations. We visited with family and friends and were delighted with the service we experienced. Joseph's restaurant was wonderful too and the food and wine exceptional. The staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, offering a perfect haven of rest. From morning to night, there was an abundance of activities and amenities that allowed us to fully enjoy our time without ever needing to step outside the hotel. The experience far exceeded the value of what we paid for our two-night stay—truly worth every cent. We wholeheartedly cherished our anniversary weekend here. A heartfelt thank you for the thoughtful, complimentary gift—the bottle of wine was a delightful touch that made our celebration all the more special.

A friend and I went to have a catch up girls day at the Mansion's spa. Our treatments were lovely and we enjoyed using the sauna and pools. We lounged around after our treatments and left feeling very relaxed! I'll definitely be back soon!
