Warbuton Holiday Park - very busy suited for families for sure, with the playground and water park great for parents.

Weekend was too packed for my liking, but that's my fault for choosing the wrong place.

Facilities are good, clean and a pretty good hot shower.

I have highlighted the BEST spots to hire out, use it as a true guide if you want actual riverfront views the other spots are more trees blocking the view but you do hear the river most of the night. It is opposite a busy road so you do hear alot of cars and buses driving past.

River is beautiful, down to the R1 location it's absolutely stunning to spend the day there.

Fire drums are free, fire wood is $22 a bag must you gotta go get it yourself, unlike other caravan places they drop off and pick up.

No noise after 10pm which is LOVELY.

2.5 stars for me but can see why it's great for families.

Some friends stayed at the park and it is a really lovely location by the river. They didn't have a caravan themselves but were able to get a super cute one delivered down to the park that they found on Camplify. Really great idea as a budget accommodation option as sometimes Warburton can get a little pricey. Such a beautiful area though!

5 Stars are not enough for Warburton Holiday Park.
It's an excellent place for families and travellers. The amenities are clean and modern.
They have available fire pits to use as well.
We've just travelled through so can't comment on the other facilities as in accomodation at the park or the water park area. We head a powered caravan site.
What we can comment on is the awesome owners and staff. They do their uttermost best to provide the best service, you could ask for in a holiday park, camp sites and amenities.
We so appreciated their help when we inadvertently locked ourselves out of our caravan; no key, no phone 😊
Their staff were able to open the door using a newly acquired unlocking key set.
Absolutely ecstatic!
Can't thank them enough.
They wouldn't accept payment either and saw it as being part of the service they provide. Other examples of their wonderful service was seen in helping a person set up their tent, also another that had a flat battery.
Highly recommend!

We had a riverside site which was fantastic. All sites seem of reasonable size and flat but would tend to get a bit muddy if a lot of rain. The park was packed but still ok. The amenities for our section were well kept and for the most part clean. The waterpark is easily accessible if you have children, for adult entertainment it's an easy walk into the Warburton shops where there are plenty of cafe/restaurants choices. This includes the Alpine hotel, which is an excellent pub...would recommend.

Just a one star review because their opening hours aren't right. They close before 5:30. So make sure to not try to come shortly before they close at oficially 6 pm.
If it happens there is a free campsite 20 minutes away, called the Magazine Track campsite.

We stayed on a Powered site this time for Christmas. This is our "to go" place when we want to be sure that we won't deal with disrespectfully campers and clean amenities. Showers and toilets always clean and in good conditions, camp kitchen well equipped and the service of the reception is great.
We will keep coming for sure!

We had a great visit to Warburton Holiday Park in January. Our daughter and our two grandsons had a wonderful time on the river. The Ice-cream van was a win-win. We also supported the food van. Thank you.
