Receptionists were helpful, polite and informed. When I explained my condition, I was given an appointment within half an hour which was amazing.
The doctor, who had not seen me before, was very thorough, kind and reassuring. She explained everything to me very clearly - and respectfully. I left a lot calmer than when I arrived. The condition was resolved, thank you but I was told that if I was still concerned after treatment to get in touch again.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr Alyssa McNaught. She is fantastic in every way! She truely cares for you in times of need, and is particularly patient and understanding with mental health and hormone difficulties. She’s the best doctor I have ever seen. You will not regret booking an appointment with Dr Alyssa.
The Reception team are also very lovely and helpful when checking in / updating details.

Front staff very friendly. Last minute appointment required. Doctors not free, but they made an effort for me to see a nurse. Doctor quickly saw me and advised the nurse what was required. Would recommend Mt Evelyn Medical surgery as they do care about their patients.
