Carefull everyone with this agent specially Ashok neupane who call the owner of this
I book flight with them for nepal on 2020 cancel due to covid until now no refund
I work in airport so talk with airline and got email form airlines saying my refund is already gone to agent and i call them 1000 time they not got refund yet now they dont even recive my call if i call form other number as soon as he know thats me he hang up

Worst ,unprofessional,pathetic travel agency in Melbourne. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have to cancel 5 tickets for which they took so long time and arguing in an unprofessional way with the customer They deducted more than 30% of Flexible ticket for which we asked for the receipts. Instead they showed unprofessionalism and didn't provide receipts...So Please think 100 times before you deal with these pathetic looters especially the so called "director" of this travel agency 👎👎👎👎👎👎

This travel agency is extremely unprofessional and careless. They took my money and failed to book my flight for January 2nd, 2023, resulting in me being stranded at TIA airport. Despite my repeated calls, the agent was unapologetic and even suggested legal action. The office address stated on their website is also incorrect and I suspect this travel agent is not registered with ATAS. The agent even blocked me on all social media without any apology.
I would highly advise Nepalese students to steer clear of this travel agent and opt for a reputable, trustworthy and reliable one. Always verify the confirmation of ticket, go through the reviews, check if they are registered with ATAS and have a good customer service.

Unprofessional, not trustworthy, 0 care to customer's time and value. Never ever rely on this travel. They don't follow what they speak. Wasted my 2 weeks for ticket book relying on this travel. They act like completely inexperienced and unprofessional way.
