What a useless, incompetent company.

I needed a patient lifter urgently 14 months ago. Urgoform could not give me a price, I had to wait for their sales team to get back to me. Take a look at the attached quote - even though it says that I would pick it up and return it, they tack on assembly/setup charges.

The unit comes fully assembled.

Why am I writing this review 14 months later? Today I received an email with the same rejected quote from their 'quoting administrator' citing "In view of our commitment to the continuous improvement of our sales process, we are undertaking database updates within our quoting system."

What kind of broken logic is that? They're not dealing in discretionary items like chocolate or a billiards table where it would make sense to reach out to customers that you might be able to convince to buy an unnecessary item; if I needed a wheelchair 14 months ago I don't think I'd be waiting around for this useless mob to send me an email sometime down the road checking if I'm still in the market for one.

Avoid Urgoform, reach out to Rehab Hire & Sales in Port Melbourne instead. You can get a price over the phone and collect the equipment same day (without the ridiculous add-on charges

Richard and his team went above and beyond to rent a car to us during the crazy Christmas season. A lovely, spotless vehicle that we kept for a week. We also hired a commode in brand new condition. Quality products and excellent customer service

Richard fitted my seven year old son with his new wheelchair and has done such an amazing job for us. The attention to detail with getting things right for my son both mechanically and aesthetically (can't wait to get the super cool spoke guards!) has been fantastic. And he's always such a pleasure to deal with for our whole family which is so so nice. I highly recommend Urgoform and will definitely be working with them again as my son grows and his needs change.

Richard has been our go to equipment person for our sons equipment since his first walker over 7 years ago, and we have stayed with him ever since through wheelchairs, walkers, commodes and standing frames to name a few.

My own electric wheelchair broke down and I needed an urgent hire chair until mine could be replaced.

The team at Urgoform were brilliant. Lyndon, who took my call, was professional and knowledgeable.
Tracey, in accounts, bent over backwards to help me with the NDIS and paperwork side of things and Richard went out of his way to ensure that the chair fitted me well and was properly set up to meet my needs.
He fine tuned the seating and practically made a made to measure arm rest for me. The chair is an as new, very comfortable, electric chair and the service was brilliant. From making the initial phone call to driving away in the hire chair took only a few hours.
