i ordered a parcel through 4wd Supacentre who informed me afterwards they didn't have it in stock then they chose border express to deliver it from WA to Victoria, initially i was concerned as it seemed to have reached Melbourne airport and then sat still. where it all went really well was i googled Border express and opened like an account and in that i could make contact and address my concerns. First thing the next morning i received a really pleasant and reassuring email notifying me my parcel will be delivered today, it arrived at 4.43 pm in good condition. i felt i was treated very well by Trish and she got it sorted out for me promptly. The tracking could be a bit more detailed but as long as it got here i am pleased. 4wd Supercentre were useless though and i will never deal with 4wd Supercentre again, they never responded to my concerns at all. but border express did help. Well done Trish.
