Christina or Kristina needs to work on her customer service skills, she was quite rude and condescending over the phone. The times I've come in store when she's working, she's been behind the counter texting on her phone instead of serving customers or just showing no interest what so ever. Kenny however, is great, he's always welcoming and friendly. It's a shame this experience has put me off, been coming here since it opened.

Small cramped store, pharmacist questioning use of medication prescribed for post surgery and chronic pain. Never had an issue getting this medication dispensed at any other pharmacy, will not be returning to this store

Was good until the pharmacist refused to have a conversation about owed money. But instead I got told not leave and not come back.
I was not being aggressive or raising my voice ect.
I was just questioning some money I had proof I paid them.
It’s a good pharmacist to go to, just don’t let them create an account for you as they can’t keep up what what is or isn’t paid for.
They just guess and assume.
They where great to me for a year. Then went down hill.

This is a Chemist that everyone should be using.
From Kenny and his wife who own the Chemist to Michelle and the staff, you couldn't find a better place to get your prescriptions filled and the service is absolutely tops. Everyone who enters the Chemist is treated with respect and on the same level.
We were with another well known chemist until we shifted to our present location.
Keep up the great work.

Have been a customer here for the last 5 or 6 years. They deliver your prescriptions when needed, but because I have moved to another suburb, I still get my scripts and whatever I want after the the owner Kenny finishes work. He is very helpful, and a lovely man. He really cares about his clientele. I would recommend him to everyone in the vicinity. You couldn't come across a better pharmacist if you tried. And he also has a young family, who are equally as gorgeous. Thank you Kenny, for everything you have done over the years for me. I'm only 57, and have been through so much with my health. Kenny should be celebrated for all the good deeds of taking his time out to help people, especially when they need it. Words cannot describe what I feel about his man.
