I used to love this shop but it has gone down hill massively!
I was trying to shop with a small pram it was an absolute nightmare to try an get down majority of the isles as the stands had all been put right in the way (my pram is not big)
I got a couple of things and at the register I told the person serving how difficult it was to get a pram round their reply “Yea”
Just rude could have apologised, could have said thanks for letting me know I’ll see about getting them moved but to just answer me with “yea” was shocking

My partner and I went in today with 20 minutes to closing and needed to buy lots of plant holders with the intention of buying more at a negotiated price. We spoke with Cassandra who was amazing and so accommodating and provided us with not just a reduced rate for the pots we bought then, but the contact name and details for the store manager to discuss the future purchasing arrangement possibilities. Amazing customer service and can't thank the team there at waurn ponds enough for their help and openness.

Would not recommend. Purchased 4 balloons, only to get home and 1 be deflated already. Can hear the air hissing out. Call the shop only to be told to bring it back, but if it’s a hole, I’ll have to pay for a new one. Not going to go out of my way to then be told I need to pay.
Considering their staff member put the balloons in my car and balloon was deflated when boot was opened, don’t think I should be told it’s my fault. Extremely poor service.

I would not recommend "I Love This Shop". On two occasions I have purchased helium balloons where 1st they popped as I walked out of the doors...no interest in replacing them. I had to rebuy another set of 18th birthday balloons.
2nd occasion recently the helium balloons were flat when I arrived home. They clearly had a hole in them/ not prepared well. Unfortunately I had no balloons for the evening event.
Poor service & poor attitudes towards customers....
Next time I will be shopping elsewhere.......👎

1st time visiting ILTS in Waurn Ponds today. Waited at the counter to be served, one salesperson even said to me at the start “I’ll be with you soon”. Waited a good 10 minutes or more but no one came to help me. Walked out & took my business elsewhere. 🤷🏼‍♀️
