Owner was super helpful. I ordered online & he rang to double check my order. We decided I should take my daughter (her bday) in with me on pickup day just to make sure & we could have everything made up on the spot. My daughter chose completely different balloons & he was so helpful. She was super happy & consequently so was I! Great service, good prices & balloons looked amazing!

Highly Recommend
I've known of Party Werks when they were located on Shannon Ave Newtown, and have been using the service for last 8 years, very helpful, always with a smile, always had great customer service and great quality helium balloons at a great cost. Thanks Kieran.

A pleasure to deal with, no request was to hard. They also made suggestions which was great and really helpful. I had made a last minute change on the day and it wasn’t a problem at all. I highly recommend Party Werks for all event needs.

Little hard to find the entrance. The owner is a little abrupt and to the point which is fair enough but just make sure you know what you want before you go there as he seems to want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Product was good and ready on time. I'd probably try somewhere else next time solely due to the customer service here being below par.
