Loved the crumbed tofu with satay noodles. So filling, delicious flavours and texture, affordable prices and it was all healthy. And as always, the coffee was absolutely fire!

This place is also suitable for people like myself with special dietary needs that want to eat well, but not wanting to pay an arm and a left for delicious food.

A popular place, lots of customers, and a great menu. Coffee was sublime, especially when you drink only black. I had the ricotta gnocchi with mushrooms and walnuts, deeeelicious and my partner had the Buddha bowl with chicken and very happy. Too full for the yummy dessert. The staff were all brilliant and wonderful.
Thank you

While the cafe had a nice atmosphere, and the staff were nice.
The propositions for the food were terrible, they were so insignificant for how much they were. On top of a 32 minute wait from when we paid to when we ordered..
Alongside this, water was requested several times and ignored for a long while.

Could use some improvements with their food.

I came with my special needs clients & called in beforehand. They were very accommodating & helpful during our visit. I had the banana chocolate muffin & oat mocha. They were delicious! Customer service was attentive & atmosphere is comfortable. Background music at a reasonable volume. Plenty of vegan & gluten-free options. indoor, as well as outdoor seating great for reading, writing, & laptops. Everybody was satisfied with the portion size and value of the meals. Creative flavors & nice presentation. Thank you!

Can always count on Hoogah for delicious healthy food! Some prices feel a little steep when reading but I suppose it’s on par with everywhere else in town and they actually offer much different options rather than the same 5 variations of meals that most places have.

Love that the specials are always changing and lots of vegan and GF options. Coffee is good even with soy milk, yay not burned!

Service has been so so when I’ve gone in as I always feel a little uncomfortable and like I’m not really sure if I’m allowed to be there or where to stand or if I can sit down? Seems because I’m not a regular or friend I don’t get the same warm welcome or friendly chatter.

You order at the counter which I wasn’t aware of the first couple times. When a staff member walked by I asked if I could get another coffee - the same as I had already ordered and I was told I’d have to stop eating in the middle of my meal and line up at the counter again behind others. I’ve had my plate cleared at other places before so this worried me a bit. It wasn’t any trouble but just something to note.

If you like variety in your dining experiences, if you’re vegan or GF or are sick of the same old
dishes at country cafes you definitely need to check out Hoogah.
